It's a pretty hotel with lots of plants and places to sit outside the room. Reasonably quiet. Cancun is big busy city so always some traffic around.
The staff seemed a little annoyed with my arrival. Im guessing they don't get many gringo visitors.

The only reason I stayed was because of the location, 15 minutes walk to ADO so I could get a very early bus to the airport. WiFi was good.
The room was musty, and to hide that they used an eyewatering scent spray. I opened windows and doors to get some fresh air into the room. I'm sure the mustiness can be fixed with ventilation and maybe fixing the drains. The area surrounding is not attractive. No shops or restaurants. There are slightly more expensive hotels around the bus station. Next time I would stay there with the shops and restaurants nearby.

Wifi is excellent, AC is good 15-20 minutes walk to ADO bus terminal Room's door is secured but bringing the suitcases to the room is challenging through the narrow stairs There's no bottled water provided but there's a water dispenser with options for hot and cold water Far from the street's noise except when the neighbourhood had a Saturday party. But it didn't really bother us.
There's no place to put the soaps, the towel and the clothes so we have to spread the things around the room. Bed and pillows are soggy, towels are small. One light in the room is not working and the other light has to be turned on by the fan. Room is a bit smelly (I think it's caused by the humidity ) but will be gone quickly after you turned on the fan/ac
