Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

I loved the staff. they were all so friendly and helpful. If you eat at isla blanca restaurant ask for Moises, he is the most attentive and nicest waiter in the resort.

while everyone was very helpful, someone in our party had a pretty serious accident and the hotel refused to provide assistance. instead we were told to that we were on our own even though my relative slipped on a surface covered by water that had not properly been dried up/clean. my relative open the back of his head and had to receive 8 stitches. the hotel refused to cover anything, not even the ride to the hospital. very disappointed on this end to the point that legal actions against the resort are being considered at the moment.

The property was very clean and they are still taking precautions for COVID. It was easy to find everything and it offered all the amenities we were looking for. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. Everyone was right there willing to help which was great. Our room was beautiful and room service made sure we had enough towels.

We were able to eat dinner at the Italian, Japanese, and Mexican restaurant… all of the dinner was good especially the Italian. I would like to have a better lunch and breakfast selection. You also have to make dinner reservations which was somewhat limiting if you wanted to squeeze other activities in.

Beautiful property very friendly drivers and a nice setting. Multiple pools were clean and spacious. Good was plentiful of a bit average.

The friendliness and willingness to take a suggestion or complete a food order without attitude was lacking in the food areas. Like the drivers, the servers were always great but the people behind desks and grills weren't. We were constantly pressured to take part of our trip to listen to a sales pitch for the upgrade package in exchange for a short massage. Very frustrating.

If I had a question or issue the staff was quick to address and support my needs. The grounds are beautiful and the transportation is very convenient. You do not need to leave the property at all because you have everything there! Restaurants were fun and delicious. Entertainment from TRS was awesome and the Grand Palladium agenda of daily activities is really well thought out and has good variety!

The sales pitch for the Grand Palladium international was a waste of time and I did not want to have that conversation I just wanted to check into my room after a long travel. The towel situation was also not great, I went to the beach and towels were out around 2/3 pm, I went to Fizz pool and no towels there. I also believe there should be Chichen or better vegetarian options at the Fizz snack bar.

The staff was exceptional!! I will definitely be back just based on the service alone! The resort was beautiful and the food was amazing! Cabanas were affordable at the pool and it was easy to get covered lounge chairs at the beach. I also really enjoyed my massage at the spa. If you a celebrating a birthday they go above and beyond to make you feel special. We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything!

The floors were dirty in our room, pillows were too hard, and it took a long time to wait for golf carts to get around the property. My complaints were minimal because everything else was exceptional.

the property is beautiful. The landscaping and rooms are nice but def showing signs of wear. The tennis center is great. The staff was nice and my instructor Ruben was great. Great place of you want to mix tennis with your vacation.

The property and the hotel itself is gorgeous, the lakes, the buildings and the common areas. Staff is super friendly. Walking the hotel is relaxing and nice. Taking the boat in the lake is a must.

The experience in general is below of what you spect for an all inclusive 5 stars hotel. Restaurants are far from being good, food quality and service wise. There is no entertainment at all, nights shows are shameful and low budget.

Loooovvvvveeeddd everything about the resort. I went for a last minute birthday trip. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly even when I arrived after 10PM. Was able to indulge in the silent party by the pool bar Aqua that night and get some food from 24hrs sports bar. The property grounds were amazingly clean and refreshing. There is a lot to do here if you stay for a week. Between the spa and riding the boat up to my room gave an unforgettable luxury experience. The food was amazing. Poiseidon and Sumptuori was my favorite. I will definitely return to Grand Palladium for another vacation to indulge in the other thing I missed out on. Overall great experience and fun people.

The fact that I didn't book an Oceanview room. The bottled water in the rooms taste funny. Everything else was great.

Staff was amazing. Particularly, Angel- he was a new server and was very prompt, kind and worked hard. Christian-manager was also awesome and welcoming. Views were amazing from my room. My room itself was awesome transportation around the resort was a plus and I never had to wait to get a ride. All in all everyone was so kind and welcoming.

As stated in previous reviews from other people, the DOORS!!! They are completely thin, so you can hear other people going in & out of their room, people talking. Anything that go on outside of the room is heard. Which is a bit annoying when you’re trying to get rest. Idk how but those doors need to be modified so that the noise level is limited. Also, the sports bar food is inconsistent. One day my food was awesome, hot, tasty. The next day I got cold, nasty basic food.
