Hacienda Jurica by Brisas

the Hacienda is beautiful, large grounds with nice vegetation and full of singing birds.

the room had an old carpet that needs upgrading and even though it is comfortable it’s not as charming as the common areas of the hacienda. The Pool was very crowded we had a hard time finding lounge seats. The restaurant it’s always full with a minimum waiting time of 30 min. the funny thing is that once we were finally allowed to seat we realized many tables were empty so it felt more as if the restaurant staff didn’t care about having people wait extra! that was NOT OK

I am a regular visitor. it is a well -priced stay with good amenities in a nice area. Yet, some things may improve such as the “extreme sports” park that is practically abandoned. Also, the bathrooms need an update an to be cleaner. The food is good but seemed pricy to me this time, and with a relatively short menu.

Once again, we enjoyed our stay in this historic hotel. The facilities are first class, we ate dinner and had breakfast at the restaurant, which continues with its good reputation. We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the warm pool and the young family members worked out in the gym. An evening stroll on the beautiful grounds, closed our relaxing evening!

Liked the space in the rooms, the rooms had great ventilation and very comfortable. The amenities and the bar were cool and comfortable.

The service was sometimes slow, the air conditioning was badly placed in the room we had, the price at the buffet was a little high for the variety.

Love the attentive staff! The food was top-notch! The room was very nice and especially love the view. The expresso machine was a plus as well. I stayed at the Business Center and got to enjoy the art gallery.

Amazing hotel !!! The bed is very soft, and the room very clean, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The installations are really impressive, you can easily spend all day inside the hotel without the need to go out, it’s a great option for families with kids because there is a play area, big gardens and of course the pool!

I love this property! We have stayed here many times because we really like it, the new look of the rooms is very nice and the beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and up to any request.

It's not that I didn't like, but we reserved the rate with breakfast included and after spending three days at the hotel you get bored of having the option to choose only from eggs. Also, the pool was colder than we expected and when traveling with kids they want to spend as much time as possible in it, and was very difficult to be in the water.

The property is amazing, well kept and with activities for families with children.

I believe that because of the season (Semana Santa) the prices at the restaurant were higher than usual. During my previous visit to the hotel, the prices were more reasonable.

Perfect stay, just the Service was not as good as expected.

Service in general and specially at the Pool and room Service was very slow and late. Restaurant is not recomendable.
