Compared to other places in Mexico here I could actually sleep because there was very little noise from the street. The bed was super comfy and the design modern. I bought from the hotel more coffee capsules for 14 pesos each, a fair price as you can not find them easily to buy. The location was great and super central
The 500 pesos cash deposit is ridiculous, at the end when they have to return it they check how dirty are the towels and linen, and I believe they do not ask everyone to pay. There is very small place to put your clothes in the room. The terrace is beautiful but you cannot drink any alcohol and it is open only until 9pm. Lastly I was staying there 4 nights and there was no cleaning provided not even basing like changing towels or trow away the trash

not hot water the coffee maker was liking then I clean it when the towel and the lady mention that next time they will charge for it. I did not have something else to clean all the hot water liking. it was not safe only one soap for 4 people only 3 shampoo for 4 people it would be nice to have a flor mat to keep feet warm. it was a really cold night

No running water or power during our entire two day stay. Not only did we had a terrible experience but they did not provide any alternative solution. We asked for a refund and the woman in charge said she couldn’t do anything and that we had to contact the corporate office. No response from them either. This accommodation is probably the most unreliable I had ever stayed at. AWFUL experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
