Casa Grande Luxury Boutique Hotel

Gorgeous room, great bed and shower, and at first I thought it might be a little too far from the center, but after I discovered all the great restaurants and shops just down the street I changed my mind.

There was no staff except the cleaners. I thought there would be a front desk / a concierge, and a bar, but everything was shuttered.

This place is awesome, beautifully decorated and well kept. It was sparkling clean which is a MUST for me. It's a classy home in the heart of San Miguel. 15-18 minutes walk to the Parroquia de San Miguel. The rooftop has an amazing kitchen, a beautiful terrace with an awesome view of the city. You can immediately tell that the owner has a fine taste and attention to details.

The place itself is really nice. Just an advice for travelers, reach out to Michelle in advance before your arrival to have a smooth and nice check-in. She'll be very nice and attentive helping you get inside.

Michelle upgraded our room upon arrival which was very appreciated. Isabella & Vicky both prepared our breakfast and it was always amazing with fresh fruit, eggs, etc. Delicious every time. Very clean and our kitchen had everything we needed. We loved our room! Also, we had access to a washer & dryer!

It was hot (end of April beg. of May) No A/C just fans so it was uncomfortable from that standpoint.

The building is beautiful, the view from the terrasse is fantastic, the staff is great. The host offered a pizza party where each guest was invited to cook his own pizza in a traditional wood oven. Very nice touch.

While the breakfast was included there was a miscommunication on the first day and we couldn’t get it. On the second day it happened again despite the fact we signaled it on day 1. It was rectified after that but we were not the only customer with that problem. So something to improve in the communication between the manager and the staff.

The property is beautiful, the view amazing. They let us check in early at no cost, we had a very early flight. Also were willing to do a late check out. We got free breakfast. Isabel was amazing brought us tamales for breakfast one day and Italian pastries another day. We had the third floor including the jacuzzi all to ourselves because there were no other guests.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so unbelievably kind and helpful, especially the owner Michelle who cared to tend to all of our needs. We stayed in the penthouse and the view on the roof is just spectacular. Such a charming property and a nice little walk into town. Highly recommend for a lovely and relaxing weekend getaway or longer!

It was truly a spectacular stay! It’s about a 15 minute walk into town but that was welcome…beautiful and charming streets and the center of town is touristy and loud anyways.

Amazibg Hosts, and simply the most astonishibg and distinguished Maids i ever had the pleasure to experience. Leave your luggage on the floor and they put it on some stands, leave some change laying around and they arrange it in a bowl, put away some of the cushions and/or blankets and they will only put the ones you needed the night before back on the bed. Great attention to detail!

There is no reception, so i wouldn't exactly call it a hotel. There was however no real need for a reception, as the owners were always available.

We loved the peaceful ambience and serene atmosphere created by Michelle and her staff. They created a graceful space for us to be leisurely and relaxed. Michelle made our stay feel effortless and everyone on site was generous with their time and knowledge of fun things to do and see in San Miguel.

Every aspect of our stay was magical. We have no complaints.

The entire hotel is beautifully furnished and attention has been paid to every detail making our stay perfect. Our hostess Michelle was warm and welcoming and more than helpful.

The property was located in a safe, clean neighborhood approximately a 15 minute walk to the main plaza. The owners were kind enough to give us an upgrade and had a spacious room with a kitchen and a balcony. The mattress warmer was also a treat! Lawnie and Michelle were very responsive and made sure that we had a comfortable stay! Thank you!
