Breakfast has many Asian varieties , I love yesterday's Meehoon Siam, is very tasty and not too spicy. The staff are great and perhaps the hotel is very new, thus it is clean and well maintain. The toilet and shower were fantastic.

The housekeeping staff did a bad job. We place the towel on the floor to change and some items in the room like bath robe never put back just let it lying on the floor . No replenish enough shampoo/toilet paper/tissue ( we are using half from the previous tenant ) . The service level was worse than 3 stars hotel !

hotel location is ideal. 15~20mins drive to tanah rata attraction points like the sheep sanctuary. Room size is very comfortable for 2pax. slippers are provided for cold weather. Free car parking is provided. Hotel breakfast is above expectation, match hotel price. Wide variations of breakfast menu, salad, yogurt, cereals, pastry, porridge, nasi lemak, western, juice & coffee and many more... food quality and freshness are fairly good, can felt hotelier effort on providing good service.

once enter hotel room, the floor is tile finish, expand to vanity counter, wc & shower. Tile is good flooring option for maintenance, but shall pay more attention to tile grouts and tile surface. both have obvious stains. cleanliness is not that nice. Silicone has same issue. Silicone has obvious stains, which tell cleaner does not pay attention to detail.

Sauna, swimming pool, decent view, massive balcony! The bed was massive! The pillows were heavenly. Kinky bathroom 😶‍🌫️😈❤️‍🔥

Massive balcony without any lounging chairs :( Food was meh. Limited TV channels. Could've offered bath bombs, or sell them... People keep throwing trash from the floors above us.

Could do more cleaning esp carpets as to be frank, it felt like not been vacuumed thoroughly. The bathrobs, theres stains on both make it looks yucky and spoilt whatever good image the hotel have. Just our 2 cents worth.

Like the room, location and facilities. Need to train the reception staff to hv more interaction with guest. Even the senior staff standing behind the reception staff also like robot. We are like talking to robot 😅 We hv been to many 5 star hotels and never come across this kind of check-in situation. The concierge staff, gym staff and housekeeping are good and friendly.

Waitress at coffee house need to hv some basic training on proper way to clean the table after the guest has left the table. They cannot use the cloth to push some left over food on the table to the floor. Need to hold a plate while doing so, in order not to dirty the floor. This is a 5 star hotel and not mamak stall.

I had a terrace but without table and chairs which made the terrace not as much as enjoyable as it should be Alarm from the roof of the room started and nobody could stop it till 7 am I couldn't sleep well for one night only but they fixed it

Very spacious family suite. Perfect for a family of 4. Our room was facing the construction site which was rather noisy and were glad the hotel management were able to move us to another room on the opposite side of the floor the next day. The gym was nicely equipped, with some privacy. It was too cold to use the pool. Wish it was heated and indoors. There was a large enough sauna which we sadly didn't have the time to use. Breakfast spread had a good variety but somewhat lacking in taste. Also, staff could be more efficient as we had to repeatedly request for dishes to be replenished (this was way before 10.30a.m.). Basement parking was convenient as we could proceed straight to our room floor without having to stop at the lobby and change lifts. It would be very nice if the hotel had a game area with a pool table, foosball or table-tennis as there's ample space within the hotel.

Noisy room facing the Zenith serviced-apartments construction site. Door separating the two sections of the family suite were stayed in was creaky and in need of a good oiling. The cheese platter served during breakfast was quite a sorry sight, with only slices of processed cheese (very unbecoming of a 5-star hotel!!) Lack of a gaming room/entertainment and a heated swimming pool.

The hotel is new with modern facilities. The location is ideal as it is not too noisy, yet close enough to restaurants and shops. Its also a walking distance to a nearby small park for brisk walking or picnic. Food served at the hotel is quite delicious. Highly recommended for a nice, quiet weekend stay for families.

One thing the hotel could improve is to get rid of the flies, especially at the restaurant area. It wasn't comfortable to eat as there were flies everywhere.

Everything. It was a really comfortable stay. There was a faulty issue on access card resulting in no electricity at night. But it was resolved immediately.
