De Parkview Hotel

This room is spacious, clean with pleasant smell. This family room has 2 air conditioner and 2 TV and a divider to separate the room into 2 parts. The staffs are friendly and helpful. A lots of restaurant and shops around. It is very convenient. Overall, it's quite good. satisfied.

1.This room is exactly above the restaurant. Around 5am in the morning, starting to hear the sound of opening shop, pulling furniture, chopping and gas stove. It is noisy. 2. The TV sound can't be adjusted. It's too soft to hear.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. There was a night and morning market just right across the street, and also multiple restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

There was limited parking available, and parking is paid by coupon. There was no fridge in the room, but in the common area at the ground floor. There was no window so it felt slightly stuffy.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel is located closer to all the iconic places in Ipoh. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our bags in the hotel on the day we checked out. When we were at the railway station the hotel called us and informed us. And they were even willing to ship by themselves, to where ever were going.But we decided to go back and get it. The lady kept our bag safe secured. They were very good people. I will definitely stay there again if I visit IPOH.

From the beginning we were welcomed very warmly by reception. The person in charge was super helpful and friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. There was a lift which is great when travelling with children as there are many things to bring up. The room was super spacious, a rare luxury, especially great for families. The bed was big and comfortable, with ample pillows and soft sheets. A nice partition separated the bed from the desk/cupboard area, which is nice to get ready and not disturb anyone sleeping. The bathroom is very clean with all the toiletries you need. Definitely worth staying at again.

It's not a big issue, but since it's a predominantly Chinese area, halal food options are few. But the receptionist was very helpful to point out halal places to eat nearby, even giving recommendations. But since it's Ipoh, you just need to drive around to find other options. There are also marts like Family Mart to get some quick meals for snacks etc. One more small complaint was that the bed frame/leg seemed to be a bit broken, but not dangerous in any way. Just that it didn't look great.

Over than my expectation. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly, the room & toilet was considered clean, tidy & big .Convenient & worth it for money. I love the partition make it different compared to other budget hotel in town and look nicer for family suite

I stay in room 205 which not sure if the next room is a store or a staff room. Slightly disturbed by the noise with the sound of pipes and the sound of other appliances.

A very spacious room with sofa and tv that can turn 180 degree. big toilet too. comfy & meet a happy go lucky staff at the counter. there were facilities downstairs that we can use.

On our second night, there was no water due to someone shutting off the main pipe. everything is perfect. hope can provide a coway on every floor level.

Size of the room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Front of house staff was very friendly and helpful with questions regarding parking. Appreciated the room slippers and dental kit provided.

Water pressure in the bathroom was low. The coffee table and sofa in the room was a bit worn out.

the room was spacious, there are 2 beds separated by door and the beds are comfortable. the cleanliness was superb. Water heater well function, toiletries are completely provided.

Not much choice for tv channel, no cartoon channel for kids since the room is for family.

The location is good. Very near to convenient store (Family Mart & 7-eleven): walking distance. Halal food is just a short drive away (3-5mins). Clean room & bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Lots of parking space (8am-6pm with fees; Sunday free). Near to petrol station (SHELL; has atm too). Friendly staff ☺️👍🏼

is surrounding with lots of local food ( almost every Conner shop is local food centre) and they is a big food court in less then 5 minutes drive , after so many time stay in Ipoh , this is the most convenient hotel, the dim sum just beside the hotel , you have family mart , pharmacy , all in walk distance
