I like the room, the bed, very comfy.. Completed with the securit lock box, mini fridge.. Inside room clean, cozy, romantic 🙃.. I love the breakfast, yet simple but yummy.. Not many choices but I'm datisfied.. Btw, i love the fried dim sum 😙.. The staffs are all ok and good manner 😃..

1. Maybe can adding a few optional lamp / lighting in the room cause although it cozy and comfy, it quite dark, i need to do my make up in the toilet. 2. And also not satisfied with the cleanliness of toilet bowl area.. Quite dirty with the mold.. The rest is ok and satisfied..

The hotel had everything we wanted, which is: good location, comfortable bed, hot shower and quiet surroundings. They also let us check in a couple of hours early. The staff were friendly. So in that respect we can’t complain, it was good! The hotel and room were definitely a bit tired and rough around the edges, but then again, it’s not pretending to be anything fancy. The breakfast was ok, but we ended up going out for dim sum after eating some fruit at the buffet (we really recommend a dim sum breakfast, lots of great places nearby!). The location was great for us. Outside the hustle of the east side of the old town but near lots of great Chinese eateries and night market. Great for a short stay (we stayed for one night), not sure I’d want to stay for longer than a couple of nights

Could do with a spruce up, new towels, new bathroom infrastructure etc.

Old hotel but room is clean and have everything we need. Breakfast need to improve. Staff are polite. Suitable for short stay. Good location.

The location of the hotel and the morning buffet plus the ala carte order was quite helpful at least initially before venturing out in the town. I think the only problem is the heat and humidity that makes it really unpleasant but these factors are beyond the control of the hotel.

I think the Nasi Lemak should have at least Sambal Ikan Bills, Boiled Eggs..instead of just peanut with a little bit of fried ikan bilis and cucumber. The prawn mee soup is tasteless like water. A little more effort put into the breakfast will definitely show and will make the guest happy.

Great location. Daily bottles of water and famous Ipoh white coffee helped to make the stay. Buffet breakfast was great and helpful staff for finding a place for us to do laundry.

Shower built into a bath, the breakfast was sometimes cold as other guests wouldn't close the containers for the food.

The Security Guard was very diligent and helpful in arranging parking lot for guests. He helped to mitigate any inconveniece that could have caused the stay to be unpleasant due to parking. Basically I did not waste any time in finding parking lot. He made my stay very pleasant. Breatfast was a pleasant thing to have given the reasonable price we paid for the hotel stay. Room is clean despite the fact that the hotel is abit old. Location is good as it is convenient to get to most food and shopping areas.

The hotel is abit old and perhap is major reno will be good to keep it looking new.

Everything was just nice and comfortable for our 2 day trip in Ipoh. The location is strategic. The room is cozy.The bed is comfy. We love the water pressure and got a bath tub. The TV channels are quite good. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Just happened to experience the children's noise next to our room who was crying and screaming in the middle of the night but so far we had a good sleep afterwards. The parking inside the compound is limited but can park around the hotel with security guards on duty. The hotel paid parking from 8am-12pm.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. The room is not so big but we're a couple, who needs a big room when all of the basic things you need are all there. The bed is comfortable, 4 soft, fresh smelling pillows +1 in the cupboard, clean white sheets. I love the quaint bathroom, bath tub, the artistic design on the mirror creating an illusion. The towels are quite old, not as white but smells fresh and looks clean- no problem withe at all. I love the soft, pipe-in piano music on the hallway as i exit and enter my room- a mood enhancer. Most of all, i love the breakfast. There is always something new everyday. I enjoyed every meal i ordered at the Limestone Restaurant on the ground floor. Serves french cuisine- so delicious, the price is comparable to the food that you can eat in Chinese restaurants outside of the hotel. I will certainly stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Regalodge has been my choice whenever I visit Ipoh. The location is strategic - walking distance to amenities and local restaurants. And it is close by to most city areas. The room is clean and very comfortable. Will always request for the back view, overlooking the lush green mountains of Perak - 4th floor serves the view :) At night, it is very quiet (that's why it is my choice) - away from hustle and bustle of certain busy streets of Ipoh. It is close to hospital so occasionally you'll hear the sirens but it is all good. The Limestone Restaurant - How do I begin - thank you for your delicious delicacies! I have fallen in love with the Nasi Goreng Kampung and good-sized New York Chicken Chop (love the homemade fries!). The price is exceptionally reasonable (RM8.90 per Nasi Goreng Kampung) but enough for two person. I don't have to go out for dinner! Keep it up, Regalodge Hotel Ipoh! Thank you for always making my stay an amazing one :)

Front desk were very nice and helful and cheerful. Easy check in. The room was nice cosy and also the smell is nice. really like the clean sheet and provided 4 minerals water for theur guest. Food for breakfast was just nice. not so many selection but its enough. Hoewever the food from the restaurant its so delicious. I ordered in room dining a few times and credit must be given to the chef for a good char kway teow, american chicken chop and also fish and chip. The taste is way much better compare to the food during breakfast buffet

TV Reception was ok for a few channel but for most of the channels, it was bad
