Symphony Suites Hotel

The bed was super comfy, i didnt wake up at all at night for 2 days in a row which is quite unusual. And the room temp. can be set up to the desired level easily. Staff was very friendly and helpful, trying to meet all request as much as they can. Location was ok, easy to go anywhere around. Parking is sufficient, if not enough can park at the lot adjacent to it.

The window facing behind of the hotel looking at garbage area. The tv channel selection is quite limited, but still not too bad. The breakfast spread was quitw limited too, but the one available tasted OK.

Not my first stay with them, and also won't be my last. Check in process was smooth and they allowed cyclists to bring their bicycles up to their rooms with them, due to the longstanding relationship with DRCC Cameron. I chose the room without their breakfast set and was given a room on the 4th floor corridor even though I asked for a quiet room, but it's not a dealbreaker. Room itself was spacious and large, with the bed comfortable and amenities sufficient. Wifi was good though slightly patchy and some areas of the room do not have signals. Staff were helpful and friendly, and helped keep the bags after check out, and even allowed late check out.

Well, Symphony Suites isn't near the centre of Ipoh, so location is an issue, but grab is easily accessible everywhere in Malaysia. Other than that, they do not replenish water daily and will ask if you are checking out when you ask them for water. Nothing much in the area surrounding the hotel, with many eateries and restaurants closed down due to the pandemic, but this is no fault of the hotel.

i book Premier Family room love how the room looks simple but yet so comfy, the best part the room is facing beautiful cave . Pillow so soft and I loved how spacious the bathroom in the master bedroom ,honestly can make another room in there :) Breakfast is average but taste good especially rendang for nasi lemak and teh tarik . Kudos to staff. Nearby attraction 15-20 minutes by car - Nasi Ganja - Night Market Ipoh - heritage gallery (22 hale street) and many more Recommended and satisfied for this room

maybe room dining can extend to 11pm..

My kid likes the comfort and spacing of the deluxe room. It has living hall for some activity. We enjoy the hospitality from the staff. The breakfast was good mere to international standard.

The gym room was out of expectation. Equipment and facilities should have been maintained and organized in a more presentable way. Should have prepared towel, at least a one time usage towel for the gym user.

Room is big and clean. Looks new too. Very comfortable. Staff are all very helpful and polite. Breakfast is good too. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Private parking is available. Worth the money

The location is a bit far from Ipoh centre, but it is close to tourist attractions places so it is okey. I booked 2 rooms but 1 room the lighting is a bit dark (coz it use warm bulb) but not really a big deal. Nothing major

The hotel and the room is very clean, beds are comfortable and the size of the room is just nice. Breakfast buffet was very good, thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Ants come out to play at night in the room but couldn't find where exactly they came from. Shower hot water pressure was a bit low. The surrounding area at the hotel is really dead quiet.

Very modern hotel! Everything is well thought and designed. Very cool.

The breakfast was okay, but a bit limited with few options to choose. Also the rooms facing the main road could be a bit noisy at night while sleeping. And in the shower it would be great if a glass door could be installed: right now you're taking a shower and the water spills everywhere.

I think this is the most value for money hotel I have ever been. Really comfortable and suite like concept. It was very good.

One of the staff there was abit clueless on what we asked for but the others was really good and greeted us every time with a smile. Maybe improve on the buffet selection. Lack of switch port for charging our gadgets

The bed was comfortable, the AC was good, the toilet was clean. There's kettle, iron & hair iron. They provide playpen as baby cot, it was comfortable for my baby. The TV have kids channel. So i would say this is a family-friendly hotel.

The nooks and crannies are a little dusty. The floor need maintainence. However, this doesn't affect the overall stay, it was still okay.
