The location was great and close by to any important amenities.

I think the food taste and quality need to be improved. If compared to my previous stay, the food taste was so great and keep reminded me to come back to stay at this hotel. However, my recent stay did not provide me those memories of the food. The sambal for the nasi lemak was so hot and tangy. The fried bee hoon was so tasteless. The in room dining food was so cold and took so long to be delivered. I love the food taste on those old days. Kindly help to improve. Thanks.

well taken care of maintenance and great feeling hotel

fully paid on 26.8.2022. i did again remind hotel that to secure my connecting room 5 & 4 days before i check in on 8.9.2022. Sad, failure happen where we are parting away 50meter from our kids which security concern. only on 9.9.2022 hotel manager able to shuffle back arrangement for us and we get connecting room. thanks to sharmine and kartigan the front desk and their manager duty on 9.9.2022. overall stay we still happy and comfort ,just hoping on improvement from hotel on guest common request without turning down the request as not priority. professionalism should be shown.

First of all the room is comfortable and the size matches what we paid for it. Complimentary toiletries provided are lesser than usual but no big deal. I especially love the staff. They are very kind and attentive. I had put a DND sign and they called me after I returned to ask if I need anything replenished. I also feel like the have a great crowd control for breakfast buffets. The food keeps getting refilled, the tables cleared soon as you finish, and they try to seat you as soon as they spot an open table. Just great service overall.

Perhaps a bathrobe in the room would hv been great just for me to hold off from the low AC temp. But really no complaints.

What I like? Choices of variety of food for breakfast, taste good. Chinese, Indian, Foreigners, Malays, all race will feels good about the food here. I just need 1 roti canai and 2 half boil egg with Malaysian Favorite Teh Tarik (my choice is less sugar). I had beed to many hotel since my mom haf stroke, for her relief, I'll take her out few nights to hotel staycation. Just sit in the room, nothing else... The only 1 place that I can feels like being at home. Plus side is they have Tamil Channel, so my mom or me will not feel bored. Most of other hotel, the food will not be good and the tv is just like exist but no function 🤣, not preference in terms of what we can watch. Quite stragegic location, nearby many place of interest. In a year I'll makd 2 or 3 visit to this hotel starting in 2019. No worries about cleanliness, super clean! If feels lazy, can have room dine in, but not everyday la...once or twice 🤩 Will definitely go again 😊

Just it is always crowded...me like not much people place...but since all others are good, we can just accept it 😊

All good breakfast as well as location

No tissue papers or hand towel near wash basin. No warning to the guest that they are folding up the breakfast at 10 am . Guests who are eating breakfast are left high & dry as the staff without politily telling them that they are removing the food items & if guests wants they can pick up the food items , the staff starts in a hurried fashion removing everything sharp at 9.55 am as if there is fire fighting going on to clear the restaurant of all items kept for guest eating

Comfy bed although I think a bit dusty since the whole family sneezed when we went on the bed. Comfy and clean room overall. Nice facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was the bomb ! Delicious and variety spread. BUT, you need to pay when you request for extra mineral water LOLLL. So if you have small kids, bring your own water to make the formula milk. Stated in the room, 'Replenished daily', but when I ask for extra water on the second day, nope cannot. Unless you are staying another night. I think that was a bit weird. But overall, good stay !

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of food choices. Very nice atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff

Towel hooks should be provided in the bathroom; very basic but very useful. Also a sejadah for muslim prayer should be made available in the room. Selector for hand shower and rain shower was stuck and could not be used

Hi, I found that my TNG card had been charged with RM14 for the parking fee. On 11 Nov during check in, I had informed the receptionist that I used my own TNG card and had passed her my TNG card to waive the parking fee. On 12 Nov during check out, I had confirmed with the receptionist again and she had assured me that my TNG card won’t be charged as it has been verified on 11 Nov. But too bad that I found that my TNG card had been charged with RM14 when checking my transaction history just now. Please refund to me the RM14 as this is not acceptable to charge the hotel guest for the parking fee! Appreciate your prompt reply on this. Thanks.

Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Buffet dinner and breakfast have a lot of choices. The food is great too!

Basement parking a bit too steep but that’s understandable. A bit disappointed with the current buffet dinner theme because when we went there, it wasn’t as advertised. Yes there was seafood but it didn’t look like the theme, you know? (Pirate seafood fiesta something) But overall the food is still good.

The breakfast was superb. The pastries are freshly made to eat.

The hotel staff informed me at the counter that we did receive connecting rooms as requested but it was not. I had to plead for one as I had an infant travelling. The hotel made arrangements the next day, even though my request was put in nearly a month ago when i booked through booking.com
