Very comfortable and clean.

A bit expensive and no room service if you want he room to be clean you have to pay extra, that’s not ok.

The stay is comfortable . The location is not bad also . Just parking you need to find sometimes as there are many cars around there .

It felt very comfortable with good bed and good shower. We had a room with a very wide window, which provided good natural light. Althoughy there isn’t a reception, the management provides their whatsapp number to reach them at any time, and it resulted that the staff is very helpful, responding to our requests very quickly. The location is good, close to the clan jetties and a few minutes away from Armeninan Street on foot.

The Wifi is very unstable. It would go off without warning for quite a long time, many times a day. One bad aspect is that room cleaning is paid as an extra. We stayed for 5 nights and we had to throw away the restroom garbage by ourselves, and toiletries were refilled only after messaging the staff.

De location was perfect 👌🏼, walking distance of a nice area in Georgetown. The size of the rooms were good. It was very clean. Next to the entrance there is a small shop, that was great! The host Danny is very kind, thoughtfull and helpfull.

We had the first two rooms downstairs, directly next to the entrance. The building is very noisy, so each person who came inside interrupted our sleep. So bring your earplugs with you 😃. First room had a hard mattress, second room was better👍🏻.

The location is really good. Near by many restaurants, coffe shops and the jetty. The room is what you need to have a good rest. Don't expect a huge room. For us was perfect. The management is TOP. Junwhey was really friendly and helpful. Easy check-in & check-out.

The Wi-Fi was really bad. Unstable and really poor connection. Kettle provided but would be great if they could have instant coffee & tea.

It's a hotel near the port of georgetown port,and super near to the art street and bar street,making it one of your best choice to stay in Penang.I stayed here for 5days,I enjoy the 5 star services,including but not restricted to help you prepare the umbrella,preparing the paper for the interview,recomend the nearest laundry room and amusement places,helping you check and restart the wifi,helping you take care of the suitcase after check out and so on.And by the way, there is a store next to the hotel,so it's really convenient.

Good location near to Swetttenhem ferry and to other attraction, staff very friendly, got small shop, checking in and out very easy, value for money, good water pressure, have elevator, clean and tidy.. They also provide toothbrush and hair dryer. Iron is provided at the corridor of each floor. Hanger and rack provided also very useful.. Toilet is clean and have hot water to shower.

With the price i’ve paid for location and for one night stay.. No complain..

The location is quite near to the attractions around, but not exactly there. So, it wasn't very crowded and I found it easier to find parking. There is little mart downstairs if you need anything. Most importantly, the host is very responsive and helpful! Easy check in and check out process.

The room 103 has no window, the floor is old (based on its condition). I could see a clump of dust at the end of the counter placed beside the bed.

The communication with the hosts was very easy which was important as the hotel is self check in. That system also is very well thought out so easy and convenient to check in. The location is great, very close to Little India and the Wonderfood museum. You can easily walk to all tourists sights and there is a shop right next door should you need water or a snack. Great value for money, will recommend
