The check in process was very smooth, the room was very clean and comfortable, the beds in the twin room were also very comfortable and the bedding was good quality. We had a non smoking room which was nice, and the WiFi was good.. The hot shower worked really well and the bathroom was super clean. The housekeeping team asked every day if we wanted the room cleaned, and the check out at reception was very good. Finally the location is really good, right in Chinatown and not far from pasar seni and masjid jamek train stations.

The in room tv had only malaysian tv channels, it would be good to have an international channel available for non Malay guests, as we have to pay a tourist tax for each day of our stay.

Big room, good A/C, good TV reception, clean, big window, very good staff and great location.

This is an older Hotel but for the price i found it to be very good value. Hard to criticise this place, I will now make it my go to place when in KL. The very pleasant and helpful staff sealed the deal. Don't expect 5 star. It's a solid 3 star place operating within their budget. They could do a total referb and charge 5 star prices if they want. Much better to leave it as it is and operate at a cost effective level. I really liked it.

The location is great, its a little far from Bukit bintang, but there are a lot of European style cafes and restaurants in chinatown, and its very close to metro. I choose chinatown over bukit. They provide water in the rooms. Big room. Pretty simple. Everything worked in the room.

The price in booking was 123 euros but they charged me over 160. Never happened to me before. The towels are very old and grey already.

I like the location. Right in the middle of KL City and just across Petaling Streets. The room was ok. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and the standard room was accommodating for my little family. Also kudos to the staff for being very responsive and friendly.

Although it is Pacific Regency’s chain hotel, but it’s not quite the standard. The rooms were not properly clean, bed linen and the towels has stains on them. The bathroom was rather small and with limited toiletries. The shower was dreadful. I had them repaired and it was ok after that. The parking is ok I guess. But the fee was RM10 per day but I guess RM10 per day per guest didn’t do any justice for the parking lot😂very gloomy. Also the garbage bin at the lift area was full with trash. Nobody seems to clean it out.

Location was fantastic as it was directly across the Chinatown which was what my parents had wanted. It was easy to do shopping and find place to eat. Perfect location for limited time in KL.

The temperature of the shower could not be adjusted which was somewhat ridiculous. We were told by the reception that if we want to change the temperature, they will need to send their maintenance to physically make the adjustment in the room toilet which is a very strange situation.

Perfect location

The stair leading to hotel lobby. The dark grey colour of the stair is the same as the floor entrance making it quite troublesome as guests need to carefully check before taking the first step down. The red tape that they paste on the stair is still not striking enough. Should have different colour for both, the stair and the entrance's floor.

Room is spacious. Staff is efficient as the check in process is smooth. Location is convenient to LRT pasar seni, walkable to central market and china street but not much food is found along the street as googled.

There's no individual water heater in rooms, but there are water dispenser nearby. Floor mat can be cleaner. The shower has issues, whereby it does not dispense water flow smoothly.

I don't find something interested.

Late check in. For 5 star hotel has noise, in the shower the phone was little broken. Expensive for what they give. Carpet so dirty everywhere. No balcony or somewhere to drink a coffee and smoking. You must to go out. TV no working. General for 100RM per night is no value. Bed small for 2 people.

The room size was bigger and comfortable. Good location. Aircon and bed perfect 👍🏽. My kid enjoyed well.

The carpet was dirty, didn’t vaccum properly. Don’t have toothpaste and floor mats.. The toilet was quite smelly. Other than that it was a good stay.

Location was the best. They have parking available in the same building with minimal fees. Room was good for transit. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower

Both shower head (hand-held & wall mounted) broken. The water went crazy all over. They need to change it
