Worth for money. Suitable for small family

The cleanliness of room’s bathroom can be improved. Need more scrubbing

Vry strategic location. MRT merdeka is just next to hotel and also walking distance to petaling street( with famous street food). There is a cafe at ground floor beside reception offering food with reasonable price. Car park is provided in the hotel.

Toilet is not clean and full of dirts and stain, clearly seen even though the floor is painted black. Unpleasant smell in the room, bunk bed for children also covered with dust.

Location - next to MRT Merdeka (3 mins walk) Reasonable price for this location Faster check in compared to last stay(1 year ago) Towel, hairdryer, toothpaste and toothbrush are being provided. They using WhatsApp for the receptionist service and housekeeping service, which is very cool and they do respond to the WhatsApp 👍👍👍 Room is having wooden floor which I prefer compared to carpet as you can know is it clean or not, and the floor is quite clean.

Poor soundproofing-LRT passing by creates really loud noise pollution. The bathroom cleanliness is unsatisfactory. The cups are dirty. The beds are quite uncomfortable and the pillow is too old. The TV cannot connect to WIFI and hence it is just a decoration. The mineral water provided is too low quality.

I arrived quite late due to some unavoidable factors. The female staff of the hotel called to confirm our presence there. Her reminder were very good to the customers. I booked a Junior Suite room because the kids were too excited to spend the night in that room. The cleanliness of the room & bathroom is excellent and the best. 👍🏻 Facilities such as towels, irons, toiletries are also available. Breakfast is also okay, there are many options, but it's a bit expensive with the buffet package offered. Vehicle parking is also convenient. There is covered inside the building & in front of the hotel entrance. The path along the corridor from the elevator to the room is also comfortable. For me, everything is good & very comfortable for children. If there is more time & money, I will definitely visit again and stay here. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wifi coverage in the room is quite slow and frequently interrupted. Children watch their cartoon series engrossed. The pillow is very thin and not fluffy.

Very easily accessible as the MRT station just at the back of the hotel. The ambience of the hotel also very unique, like it so much

I realize the kettle was used to cook instant noodle, it's good that i check before using . I don't mind cleaning it , and i don't blame the housekeeping as i think the hotel was at a full capacity and they might not expect the kettle to be used for something else. But the earlier tenant were irresponsible. Just my two cents, pls be mindful of others when u stay at any hotels. Jgn la pi pakai kettle tu untuk benda lain.

Overall was okay. Middle of city. Nearby with Times Square. Parking provided.

Hotel in the middle construction area. Uncomfortable. :( I couldn’t find hotel at night due to outside hotel building really dark. Can’t see the signboard either. It was really confusing. On daylight can see the colourful building,unfortunately night version was totally dark 😅

i like everything from this hotel . The environment , breakfast taste so good l , the lobby and room interior design and the thing tht i like the most is NASI LEMAKKK !! Thankyouu Olympic Hotel Malaysia 😂

The wifi very slow .. We even can't watch netflix on our room because of the wifi connection lost ..

Please provide small fridge & more pillow, and please give mineral water not RO water.

Was here for the fencing competition for my daughter, of course there is a lot of athletes staying aswel, since the place is next to the OCM here the competition is held. The location just 1 stop from bikin bintang, which is the city center of Kuala Lumpur. the hotel is very nice, with a comfortable bed, 24hr receptionist, 24hr mini store where you can get snacks and so, the staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Our stays is pleasant. Only 3 mins walk to metro/ subway station. The area is quiet and safety of the hotel is good. The hotel DOESNT provide DAILY ROOM CLEANING except you asked for it, to ensure the safety of personal belongings of the guests. Also the security system in the hotel is really great.

Not so much restaurant options around, but since it’s only one metro stop away to center, it’s okay. And also easy delivery food via app such as grab and so. So it’s not that big of problem.
