Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

Room was well presented, spacious. Good bathroom amenities. Was surprised to see slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Plenty of towels. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Accommodated my request for high floor and quiet room. Love the quilt on the beds. Great location, literally 1 block from Chinatown. Lots of places to eat nearby. Despite being on a busy street, hotel must have excellent sound proofing. Once inside, was like in another world. Couldn't hear any city noises

Shower floor and grout could benefit from a more thorough clean or replacement. Bed a little hard for my liking.

The location of the facility, and it's conveniences to the surrounding amenities. Rooms were very clean, and staffs' are friendly. We especially like the overall decoration of the room, with a special wall mural that highlights the history and location to where the hotel is located - Chinatown, KL. Bedding was clean, and comfortable. Water pressure was great and we had a good relaxing time. Surrounding amenities, and food choices were great too - with Ho Kow Kopitiam, Pik Wah Bar and Cafe, and also Purple Cane Teahouse, some of our favorites during our recent visit. All these, including Central Market are all within walking distances. Finally, its location, a walking distance from the MRT Pasar Seni station is just super good, linking us to all over KL and Petaling.

The corridors along the bedrooms were rather stuffy. Would have been good if there are better air flow along these corridors, as once we left the room, as we walk towards the elevators, we felt almost being suffocated. Also, the hair dryer in the room was not functioning properly - it cannot hold its position when it is unfolded.

The hotel offers a good standard. Breakfast was very varied, recommendable. Rooms are good, some walls need painting, but absolutely good for the stay. The Chinese quarter is lively. Just opposite the hotel is PS-150, an interesting bar. If travelling by plane from the airport, I recommend taking the AirPort Express. The journey to KL Sentral takes only 30 minutes. From the station, either order a Grab taxi or take the metro. It is only one stop to the hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable with excellent pillows.

The music in the breakfast restaurant is not good and too loud. More like musak and unpleasant

The location is great, a little away from the heart of the city but perfectly situated beside chinatown and with a great view of the city

Staff were a little slow at times, coffee machine was a disaster at breakfast and you could grow a beard while waiting on the lifts

Actually Nothing

the property has ample space, an actual working smart tv, ironing board and comfortable bed, its also very clean. the in room dining food was superb, staff was also all very friendly

the shower was unscrewed/slightly broken hence i cant really adjust the height or else it'll fall off, the toothbrush and toothpaste set wasnt given on the first day and i was too tired to either call the receptionist and go buy one. there is a lift that only goes to the carpark, quite confusing for me as i was trying to get to my room but realise that lift has no scanner for me to scan my card to get to room floor

The hotel is right next to Chinatown and close to Central Markets and old part of the city. Breakfast is wonderful, full western and Asian available. Our room was a corner room so had a window to the south overlooking the mono rail and old Chinese hall and to the West over the Botanic Gardens and old railway buildings. We ate at Malay Gardens across the road and another on the side road, the bakery on the outside of the hotel is excellent. We hired a car and driver for the day from the tour guy on ground floor, excellent trip. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel as so many places near by to eat at and cheaper.

Well decorated, location is amazing! The room is very comfortable. Parking is not free, but can validate even your TNG & Debit card for a flat rate of RM5 per day. Didn't opt to have the breakfast buffet as we preferred many options right outside. The staff helped to prepare a birthday cake with a birthday message for free, and was okay to fulfill the request eventhough it was last minute (2 hrs before check-in)

Aircond can get a bit too cold, there's an "eco" option but that got a bit too hot sometimes. To get to a particular floor from the room, have to get switch lifts from either the lobby or ground floor only, that was slightly tedious.

Convenient location. Near to eateries & shops and easy access to city by MRT or Grab. The Twin Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows were good too. Enjoyed sitting on the bay window seat admiring the local surrounds and the city view. Staff from the reception to housekeeping to dining room were courteous, attentive and helpful. Liked that they always served with a smile and would go the extra mile to make the guests happy. Would choose to stay here again on our next visit.
