Except the con below, this place is clean and we've had an overall pleasant experience for the value
The staff at the counter. Only the older Chinese guy was professional and was nice enough to take time and explain the facilities available, the other guy was loud, rude and always on the phone, literally the other hand was holding the phone, talking to the other person while handling my booking, and because he's obviously occupied he can't listen to me clearly and shouted HA! with a rude face gesture.. I felt that was a little bit unprofessional.
