Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara

Breakfast is adequate. The menu does change a bit daily. Location is excellent with the few shopping malls within easy walking distance. A seemingly endless number of eateries to cater to ones' tastes. 3 supermarkets! Outstanding staff: Shazreen at reception; always ready to patiently answer every query

Better enforcement of the hotel rules on masks and gloves during breakfast. I was having breakfast with my wife when a large family group of locals (I know who the locals are as I grew up in Malaysia) came in unmasked and was talking over the food on display. The staff did nothing. We left as soon as possible. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House

The location was great 👍🏼 Shops left right and centre barely a stone throw away. For those who value privacy, they can have a self-sufficient stay due to the kitchenette... also no shortage of drinking water supply. The room spacious and comfortable. The toilet in good working order with solid water pressure despite being on the 29th floor. The pull out sofa bed is a definite a plus… Large enough for two that it’s a bit lonely for one 😊

Breakfast was adequate but could certainly be better. Definitely an area that can be further improved. Wish price per night would be somewhat cheaper so that it’s more doable as a home away from home even for KLites who’d like to a weekend of peace and destress…

Hyatt House was a spacious, comfortable and practical place to stay at. There was plenty of space in the rooms, and having utilities such as a full size fridge, washing machine and dryer was a great addition. The location was quite useful as the restaurants, pharmacy, shops and grocer was next door. The included breakfast was very inclusive. It was a buffet style breakfast, with a wide variety of international and Asian breakfast foods. Hyatt House is suitable for couples and families. I would stay again.

There was nothing that I disliked about Hyatt House.

In the middle of Mont Kiara - malls, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. The residence is spacious and well maintained. Laundary machine and kitchen add convenience. I regard this propoerty as a luxury condo rather than a hotel. Pricing was competitive for a 2-3 days short stay.

Breakfast buffet could have been little better but pricing was inexpensive despite being an international hotel chain. Breakfast restaurant in the lobby floor has great ambience with high ceiling and large windows.

Hyatt is located just next to many eateries and mini malls . It is also “ outside” of the main shopping areas and yet close enough to be accessible by Grab etc . you don’t have to BE in the messiness of the Bukit Bintang area and so there is something peaceful about staying here . Good food and it’s branches are right next door at 163 and in the weekend there are crowds lining up to get tables . Also the staff here especially Mag .. are excellent , friendly and kind . many pluses to stay here for both work and leisure .

Nothing much to not like .

Bed was big & comfortable. Room was quiet. Kitchenette was good too. Plenty of space. Nice views from the rooftop pool & gym. Perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Mont Kiara.

Breakfast was basic. Not many options. Egg station was the only highlight. Trying to use the gym was a frustrating process. You hadto book a gym slot otherwise you couldn’t access it- this is due to old covid protocols but I dont know why they continue this as all other hotels are back to normal. Also in order to do laundry you have to purchase tokens from the front desk for 20ringgit which is pretty expensive.

Strategic location in prime upmarket area for this type of hotel. Room rates is competitive. Check in and out was smooth process.

Had to call remind to bring in baby cot after a few hours checked in. However good effort from two housekeeping staff spending some time to set it up. F&B staff during morning breakfast although courteous and soft spoken mentioned 2 bedroom suite came with only 2 pax as complimentary and did not know the price for breakfast set for additional guests and advised to refer to reception. Later found out from reception that 2 bedroom suite actually entitled for 4pax. Understood the SOP in place but another F&B staff was hesitant and reluctant to join 2 tables despite seeing 4 of us came in together in pyjamas and aftet explaining we are a family staying in same room , our request was then accommodated.

I like how the room was clean and spacious and I would like to point out that one of your staff at the front desk counter had excellent customer service on the 2 nights / days that I spoke with him (he is called Conrad). I appreciated his genuineness and helpfulness and how he took initiative to offer us takeaway breakfast when we had to leave really early for the airport. On the days that I did notice him around, he has been shown to be really hardworking and dedicated to his job.

Loved the hotel room, clean & quiet. Loved the location as there was small shopping centers plus restaurants in the area within walking distance. The view had of the city was spectacular.

Had to pay for parking on my car rental. Don't like having to climb in the bath tub for a shower. The bath tub would be difficult for those that have mobility issues as it is high off the ground. The shower head on the bathtub needs to be self directed to prevent water from getting on the bathroom floor (bad design).

Big apartments with comfortable beds, clean with all facilities close to a 5 star hotel. Staff are very helpful and location is near Mont Kiara shopping centres thus there is many food options. Highly recommended for family travels. Breakfast is delicious too.

It maybe far from KLCC for some travelers but we did not go into the city much this it did not bother us.
