Hotel seaview was so nice and the location was strategic near to the town area too.

Few things in the room such as aircond fius plug was broken seems like maintenance department didn’t do the annual checking and repairing, I guess? Room# 912 Please do the necessity then. Thank you.

I know this part of penang well, so wasn't expecting clear blue sea. I like the local market nearby and ease to get to either batu Ferringhi or Georgetown.

Off season it's extremely quiet. The balcony had no chair and I'm a little afraid of heights. View on 'hillside' side is mostly of rainbow paradise Hotel next door.

The view was amazing. When it rain, the sound of waves are very calming. the breakfast is amazing. So many varieties. the big size bed is a plus point.

No carpet in the room. So its very cold to walk barefoot around the room. And no iron was provided in the room for ironing.

Special mention to Rajesh, he was extremely helpful from the first minute to the last, always with a smile on his face, made the stay even better.

The room set-up is suitable for local traveler.

Access to the sea side is good except sand stick on shoe always dirty the walkway between hotel to the sea side. Need improvement on it by providing shoe cleaning before enter the hotel premise

Everything...It is like home to me.The beds are comfy n room is spacious.I love the seaview room .So peaceful n beautiful .There are 2 shops in the hotel where you can buy nice tshirts ,souveniers ,snacks n etc..The staff gave me parking on site because of my oku brother a leg amputee who cannot walk far. Got the connecting room as requested n it is clean n nice smell.

The breakfast is not tasty.The nasi lemak sambal doesn't taste good .The omellete tastes bland, no flavour.The sausages also tasted a bit sour.The roti canai gravy taste horrible and sour as well .So disappointed.

I highly recommend this Flamingo hotel for family vacation. My family enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach near the hotel. The room was clean, and the food was very nice and varieties. This hotel is very friendly to elderly people who have used a wheelchair

I didn't like the designated area for ironing clothes, which is located on different floors. Actually, I'm so happy if the iron is available in each room or designated on the same floor.

Front office staff Nagesh was friendly and ready to assist to his best level. Seaview was excellent. A change of choices for breakfast will fetch more stars to the property.

Could not find any malay food around and no convenient stores nearby. It will be better if they have separate toilet and pantry switch instead of one. When i "on" the toilet light the pantry light is "on" too... Its a disturbance to my partner who is sleeping. Management should look jnto this pls. Thanks

Location is great. Located at the center of Batu Feringghi and Georgetown, convenient to travel around. Parking was convenient too as they have their own parking space so we dont have to pay extra for parking. Staffs were friendly too. Most importantly the sea view was very pleasant.

The water heater takes some time to warm up the shower water. Had feedback to the staff, she said they are undergoing repair work but it is still the same the next day. Hopefully it can be improved soon.
