Savoy Hotel

The hotel was conveniently located for the main sights of Parma and only a short walk from the station. Simple but modern and effective room. Particularly appreciated was the quiet air conditioning which we used as our room overlooked a busy road with deliveries and street cleaning during the night. The breakfast buffet was very good and constantly replenished. The hotel was run by a very pleasant and helpful couple.

Breakfasts were great, requests made to order were available e.g. crepes, eggs. The Staff remembered my "cappuccino" without me asking from the second day on. Housekeeping staff was incredibly efficient at servicing my room even if I was gone only a short time.

Directions to the hotel could have been better. An easier approach from the train would be to walk up Garibaldi and the turn left on XX Septembre. Street signs suggested a more circuitous route.

Solid hotel in city center. Paid parking garage short walk away. 24h front desk, luggage storage. Breakfast included with a good selection of fresh meat, cheese, fruit, pastries, cereals, and made to order eggs, pancakes with fruit and coffee. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and include toiletries. Dogs welcome!

They did a very nice job with the breakfast. The location was good.

We weren't told we needed to keep our key card in to keep the electric on. They didn't have ice available, and we had to wait for them to make each time we requested. The person at the desk needs to be a bit more friendly.

The hotel is on the edge of the old town. Just a few minutes walking from the main train station and a few minutes from a parking. very convenient. The old town is a five minute walk away. it is a family run hotel and Aldo, Paulo and their crew are very attentive to every detail. The rooms are small but adequate, clean and modern. The breakfast is adequate but save your calories for the wonderful food of Parma. they are very helpful about suggestions for Parma. Tip: Via Farina it’s a great street for restaurants and cafés in the old town. Trattoria il Tribunale was excellent.

This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from train station and to the centre of Parma. The hotel was so clean, and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was so good, they made us fresh pancakes with fruit. Would definitely stay here again

No complaints

The hotel is situated on the way from the railway station to the town centre (5 + 5 minutes respectively) and it is in the walking distance from all the major sights in Parma. I was surprised how modern the hotel is. The rooms look bright new, they have a large bathroom and they are eqipped with a fridge, a safe and air conditioning. Everything is super clean. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor and it was quite rich by the Italian standards, they even have pancakes and omelettes. The staff at the reception were all nice. Generally, the hotel was even better than I had expected and I would definitely choose it again if back to Parma.

The walls are a bit thin but nothing serious. Wifi had some problems on the last day of my stay but again, nothing serious.

Tidy, clean little hotel with personal touch. Lovely breakfast with delicious food. Good variety. Modern inside of classical old building in good location close to the old town. Close to train station. Quiet rooms.

Everything was great.

The breakfast was great with plenty of options, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The area waa great and the windows and shutters keep the room dark and quiet at night.

Convenient location with good parking areas close by. Room was simple but it just worked. Having an air condition in room was a huge plus.

Maybe a lack of character but then again it was just a place to sleep for us.
