NH Parma

Fantastic location and great customer service. short walk away from train station and the city is actually not far away neither. check in staff is really friendly and helpful. Feodosia helped us for a lovely room and surprise for birthday and helped us to arrange Parma cheese and ham tour. She’s really sweet. All the staff were polite, genuine and smiley that I just can feel through their mask. My trip to Parma was amazing thanks to NH parma.

The hotel and facilities were excellent (friendly staff, especially GianLuca; clean room; great breakfast choices - including a few choices for vegans, which is not always easy to find!).

The air-conditioning, despite being on max temperature, made our room way too cold to sleep comfortably with just a sheet - I woke up shivering but there were no blankets in the room, so I had to put my clothes on in order to get back to sleep. Ironic in a heatwave. Another detail : the light in the corridor turns on automatically with movement - this can be useful for the person using the bathroom in the night but is bright enough to wake up the other sleeping person! Otherwise no negative comments, lovely hotel if a little pricey.

I really like that at check-in when the nice lady from front desk found out its my mothers birthday, she gave us a beautiful suite with a large terrace. We spent mornings there watching the sunrise so it was amazing ! Also the roomservice was great and the staff very friendly. On the last evening we ordered some drinks and he brought us a wide selection of snacks as a bonus. The parking was great.

Everything was great. There is nothing we didn't like.

Functional, good location, close to centre , railway station and easy to reach by car. Quiet and in good condition, recently renovated. Underground parking on site.

Réception staff was welcoming and effective. However, to reach the parking, we could not enter as the person in charge was not responding to the bell and had to return to reception to get the gate open. The bar: we waited 20 min with other clients and tried to find the barman, finally we asked the receptionist who called him, after 10 more minutes we left still not having seen the barman.

We were 2 adults and a child so I was advised that I had to upgrade the room to a suite but of course I had no problem with that. The room was a beautiful suite with a king bed, a large living room, and a very nice balcony that I didn't have time to use (it was very hot outside anyway). The bathroom was amazing with a huge bathtub that my son used as a mini pool. the hotel in general was super nice, next to the reception a cold juice will be waiting for you which is perfect to quench your thirst and refresh yourself while you check in.

The air-conditioner did not work properly but we were told that it was due to the high temperatures in Parma at that time. The bathroom had no ventilation and seemed like a sauna most of the time

The reception is bright and modern, the staff is helpful and polite. The room was super clean, the bathroom spacious with magnifying mirror. Nice having a balcony. Very silent room.

Google map is not accurate, I actually struggled to find the hotel, detailed info to send to customers could have helped. The bedroom was 2 singles beds together so I found myself in the middle of the bed, not very comfy. I would put bigger shower towels too. I would like to find a more assorted breakfast buffet. Overall, I loved this hotel and I will come back again in the future.

Very modern hotel with nice amenities. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Nice breakfast. Parking is available underground for a fee, but felt secure. Area is near train station, so wouldn't recommend walking around at night. Would stay here again.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, hotel's location is perfect at daytime and uncozy after sunset: that's a classical issue for any train-station area, did not feel 100% safe during evenings.

On our superior double room wall there was a big photo/painting of Giuseppe Verdi with his eyes looking directly on the bed: never thought it might introduce such a weird feeling of having 1 additional guest in the room. Also, the temperature in the bathroom was below average or normal.

Huge, modern, clean. So convenient if travelling or dating day trips on the train. Just metres from the station!

Front desk guy was hopeless. Didn’t communicate properly at all. Particularly about payment - I had already paid in full, he suggests there is more to pay and I say oh is that the city tax. He says no you’ve paid everything. Then 2 hours later a fee comes out of my credit card. Not good enough.

Loved being so close to the train station. Also loved the balcony on the Junior suite. Definitely worth the upgrade. Nice modern hotel we'd highly recommend.

A little further from downtown and the attractions than we would have preferred. No restaurant onsite and few good restaurants close for dinner. No electricity for hair appliances in the bathroom was a major inconvenience.
