Hotel Le Ville

The hotel room was quite bid and the bed was really comfortable. The pool was really a nice feature, since it was insanely hot outside. And the opening hours were such that one could use fitness and pool before breakfast.

The AC didn't work properly in my room, so it was way too hot.

Staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Swimming pool and sauna were a nice facility. Also the gym. Localisation was nice if you are travelling by car. There is also a bus stop nearby. Rooms were clean.

Rooms and their equipment were a little bit old.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels! The facilities were all fine but what made it exceptional was how helpful and friendly the staff were - everyone was pitch perfect. The hotel was clean, relaxed, friendly and informal. It’s in an ideal location for Modena, food tours and Bologna airport. I hope to return.

Not negative but clearly an older hotel so a little different from expectation but very good value for money and worth visiting for the dinner experience

The hotel is simple, the pool is really great and it looks just as good as on the photos. The breakfast was OK, you could take it outside which was a plus. The room was quite spacious, with big windows, maybe a little too green for my taste.

Nice breakfast and staff. Pool was clean and fresh and well taken care of. Plenty of parking and several restaurants nearby. We went to the Italian restaurant Binario 14 and the food was great.

The training facilities was very warm because the air condition was turned off. Once turned on, the room was nice the next day

the staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable and the pool was great! such a beautiful spot with very easy road access to Modena. the breakfast was also really delicious.

the only thing I would criticise is the loungers by the pool that could perhaps use updating as many were broken!

A very friendly and helpful team. Nice rooms with good size bathrooms. Excellent beds. Good breakfast with serviced buffet. Outdoor swimming pool with clean and warmed water. Bicycles allow for a nice ride into Modena or to Pavarotti's House, a Balsamico producer, a Parmiggiano dairy...

There is a main road passing the hotel - with some noise. But nothing if you close the window (and our window was in that direction) Nothing else to mention

The staff are exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble . The room was comfortable . The pool is a great facility . The restaurant in the hotel is excellent . If that is closed there is a perfectly acceptable option five minutes walk away .. Highly recommend

Excellent location for accessing Modena by car. All the staff, without exception, were helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and served with a warm smile. The outdoor pool and grounds were perfect to relax and chill. Superb restaurant just immediately across from the hotel.

Hot water pressure a bit "hit and miss" but didn't detract from an excellent stay.
