The location is excellent and free parking for the car is superb. The owner was very flexible and allowed me to leave the car parked inside up to 1500hrs, even though I had checked out at 1000hrs.

Maybe a micro-wave would be a bonus for clients to wish to warm up some food when arriving late in the evening.

During our stay, we encountered one minor inconvenience with the room we booked, as it did not feature a window. While this lack of fresh air could potentially affect the overall experience for some guests, we found that the air conditioning and the air exhaust system in the bathroom provided satisfactory ventilation and a comfortable atmosphere, especially during the hot summer weather.

The room was big and the bed comfortable. 25 minutes to the centre andi near train and bus station. Good parking place. Claudio was good host.

Not clean. The structure was under construction. The apartment in first floor gave us the feeling of no privacy with only a transparent curtain covering the glass door. The only way the air comes inside is from the door.

The city center is at walking distance (15-20min), also the train and bus station (5min). There is a small supermarket across the street, stocked with everything you need. Bakeries are around the corner, less than 5min walking. The parking is indeed free and on the premises. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. An excellent place for visiting Genova!

I had a great stay at Giardino di Elettra in Genova. The location was excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore. The apartment was clean and well-decorated. Nice apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Host as they said collaborator - Stefano was super nice and recommended us a very good espresso bar around the corner with a specialty coffee.

Parking requires good skills if there's a lot of cars already in the yard, but I've managed to fit :) In addition, the apartments are located at the ground floor, which may be a problem to someone, but overall it felt secure enough.

Nice location, comfy room and host was nice and flexible with our hours.

There were ants coming in through the door and issue with privacy given the front door is glass with a see-through curtain, but nothing big that ruined the stay.

Great place and nice owner! Big rooms! Great beds and not to far from the main bit of town. Genoa is an amazing city!

We were on the bottom floor - The windows have like big stickers for privacy. In the morning a lot of light comes in and wakes you quite early. Minor thing but noticed it.

Modern setup with all you need for a short stay. Very convenient to have parking in front of your door. Self check-in was easy and the host was very responsive.

The mosquitoes were a bit annoying but there is a good net on the door so you just need to be careful to chase them away and enter quickly :)

not crazy about ground floor accommodations but it was quiet none the less. owner should install full window shade or shutter to black out light if desired.
