The host is eager to ensure you have a good stay! He is very communicative via WhatsApp. He even offered to pick me up from the airport for cheaper than the local rate. My room and bathroom were very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I liked that linens/towels were included and they provided water/snacks as well! There are many places to eat and grab drinks within walking distance, as well as a convenience store. The property is about 10min walking distance from the Basilica and many of the main sights.

The bar where breakfast is served is a bit of a walk from where you sleep. The property is also a little far from the central train station/bus terminal at Piazza Papa Giovanni. I generally felt safe in the area, but the staircase up to the BnB is very dark at night.

Claudio was the perfect host, he made sure that I'm comfortable and everything was in order. The place is super clean and comfortable! The lock is with electronic key and it made me feel super safe! The breakfast place is a short walk distance and they offer really nice stuff that got my full and ready for my next trip :)

My room was right beside the street so it was pretty loud at night and there was construction happening in the building which started at 7 in the morning, but these are not Claudio's fault of course! Thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper so I could force myself to sleep through it :) The toilet was missing the seat cause the previous guest broke it and Claudio hasn't got the time to replace it. He assured me that it's okay to just use the toilet bowl without the seat but I couldn't do it. This is the only reason I deducted a point, otherwise this B&B is a perfect 10!

Location about 10 min walk and you are in town centre. air con a must the shower was one of the best i have had and its was very clean and nice and peaceful would stay again had a room with baclony Nice pizza place just down from b&b all in all 9 out of 10

Exactly how the other guests described - Location that is close to the hisotric center. Breakfast is in a bar that is a few minutes walk away. The room was clean. A small balcony with a view to Mount Etna. The BnB is on a street that can be busy and jammed at night, so it can be noisy, but I slept very well.

The owner really cares, room is comfortable and clean, they give you snacks and water and even a toothbrush. Flexible check in and check out. Wifi worked. Great location. Breakfast in a local bar nearby.

Window is broken but it was too cold anyways (and it was December), it is a noisy street.

Claudio was a great host. Breakfast at local cafe was great as was the cafe owner. Shower & bathroom great. Easy access with 1 key to building (self lock with your room :) Bed was super comfortable.

In the middle of the city with a lot of good restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast available at a neighborhood bar.

A kind of basic, but a good double bed and airco and clean facilities.

Colazione breakfast desayuno nearby in Bar Red very good choice included in very low price. Fridge and Air conditioning in the room. Had earplugs, but windows closed very little noice. Just 2 steps from the castle. My best experience so far in Italy.

Ecological, no need every day new towels for me

staf was very helpful and it was a really clean bnb with good location (just 10 min. walk away from old town). do not hesitate to make a reservation:)))
