We had room only so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was too early for us. We found the location perfect as we walked from the train station. I travelled to Dublin to record for a documentary and the location was within walking distance of the venue. The next morning we were able to catch a bus 2 min walk away right across the city to our next location. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return because of it's location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

The traffic started at 5am, this was not the fault of the hotel and we were aware we were facing a busy road.

The hotel is somewhat dated however it is clean and safe which are important factors to me. Quiet too. The staff are friendly and helpful to guests. Which is also important. Free wifi. Continental breakfast is available each morning. The location is excellent being close to the train station and a pickup location for the Airport Express. Phoenix Park is in the backyard so to speak, Kilmainham Goal, Museum of Modern Art and other attractions within walking distance. Near several ‘hop on/hop off’ bus stops for exploring Dublin. A few local pubs conveniently located around the corner and, the area has good foot traffic. We would stay here again and will recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Dublin who like the feel of a small, European hotel as opposed to a larger, impersonal corporate owned venue. Moore 🇨🇦

The staff was not only very profesional and helpful, they were also very kind. The room was big and had everything we needed: closet, table, chairs, a couple of pillows per person and the size was good as well. Toiletries were included also.

The only thing was that the room was a bit cold. There were two radiators on the walls, but only one seemed to be working. However, the staff offered a separate extra radiator in case we needed it, but we refused as we weren't staying much in the room, so It would hace been a waste of energy. The rest was very good.

It was only one night as my flight was delayed. In my opinion it is just an ordinary hotel quite Central without any claim. It is central, just a few minutes walling from Dublin heuston and it's reasonably clean (the should clean above the TV though) . Room was huge with a double bed and another two single beds. Fourniture a bit old and used. Tv didn't work at all but I did not need it just for one night. They should consider to install plug sockets near the bedside table. But really nothing to complain just for one night.

Tv didn't work. The lack of plug sockets on the wall close to the bedside table.

The location is superb - close enough to City Center and transportation options (Heuston Station, the Luas, Bicycle station) to make getting around exceptionally easy - but not in the maelstrom of tourist Dublin. Being right next to the Phoenix Park - a short walk to the people's gardens and zoo - made it also quite a beautiful place to be. The rooms are comfortable, and kept clean and tidy quite regularly. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Nancy Hands Tavern - a few doors down is a great local place for dinner & drinks.

It would be lovely if the hotel were to re-open the dining room and bar - breakfast is available in the hotel, but options are limited.

Our stay was perfectly fine, we had a family room and a couple room, both clean and accommodating. We liked the little touches of toiletries & yea & coffee. We didn’t have the breakfast as we felt it was too pricey with not much on offer. There was 6 of us so would have liked more of a cooked breakfast for the price they were offering.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like,However unfortunately the bar in the hotel was closed during our stay so it would have been nice to have had a drink but it wasn’t available.

Charming, traditional hotel. Great, clean spacious rooms. Conveniently close to te railway station and Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), an amazing building. Also just short walk into the city centre Phoenix park worth exploring too and great for runs, wuth a lovely little café with great coffee and food. Lots of other coffee and food options close by

Our room was a little too near the traffic crossing below, the sound of which was contstant like a slow dripping tap. Had to close the windows, which helped but did not completely get rid of it so affected sleep. Shame as otherwise hotel nice. Breakfast a bit basic and expensive at €7.50 for cereal, filter coffee and toast/ croissant.. shame no longer functioning as proper café/ restaurant and only open for breakfast to hotel guests.

Classic Room: Huge! comfy bed Large bathroom and good shower Great price. V good value. Good location (right next to Hueston Train Station and LUAS tram line, Guinness Brewery, Smithfield, Jameson Brewery (has a great viewing tower where u can see 360• views of Dublin. FX Buckley right next door make the best steak in Dublin. Fish House nearby for such delicious fish and chips. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Georgian building/lovely period property Night porter Easy check in/out Late check out @ 11.30-12

My room faced onto a busy city street at ground level so traffic was quite noisy from 5am onward (trucks etc)windows were single glazed. Kind of unavoidable in the city though Bedside lighting were in disrepair so had to use bright overhead light for reading.

The location of the hotel was great. It's a short walk to multiple forms of transportation whether it's into town or out of. It's a short walk into the center of town by foot if you don't want to spend money on transport. Not far from multiple places of interest (Guinness Storehouse, Phoenix Park zoo). The staff was super friendly and helpful. A convenience shop for some quick snacks and a bunch of pubs for drinks and food all on the same street. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit. I enjoyed my stay and had a great time visiting Dublin

The room I had was a little small. I was traveling alone and I didn't intend to spend a large amount of time in the room so it was perfect for me. But if you're traveling with other people the rooms might be a bit cozy on space. I also don't know if the rooms are all the same size. If you get a room with a window view to the main street it stays busy with people and cars and might be a problem if you are a light sleeper. I was able to sleep just fine.

The room had just one twin bed which is all I needed, and, though very small, was clean and well-equipped. The reason I booked was proximity to Heuston Station. I was arriving by train and departing by Airport Express bus and I was able to walk to and from the hotel with my large rolling case with ease in about five minutes. There are a couple of decent pub/restaurants on the block. Very convenient.

I know you pay a premium for central Dublin and I notice some better rates than I paid, but it was very expensive for the size and accommodations. There was also a major security issue with the room lock. The electronic entry was fine but the door didn't automatically lock when shut. The desk clerk was able to fiddle with it and get it to lock when I went for dinner but when I returned, I stayed in the room till check out so I don't know whether it would have posed a continued safety issue for my belongings. I could use the double lock while in the room.
