Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta

The location is a big win. Cozmo is situated in a vibrant location of the city and is a walking distance to all key amenities.Top notch security and homely and comfortable apartments. The staff are very caring and concerned and will certainly check on you just to make sure everything is ok. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend for short and long-term stays.

The restaurant food is basic at best. The gym was underwhelming for the size and lifestyle of Cozmo.

The appartement with 2 bedrooms is very comfortable and clean. Staff is polite and helpful.

Swimming pool area is also a smoking area. So when you swim you are also breathing in the smoke from people smoking around the swimming pool. Very annoying! Unbelievable that such a nice place as Oakwood is allowing this to be a smoking area. Another thing we didn't like is if food or a package is delivered from outside you have to call the reception every time to ask them if it has arrived or not. They never call you when something is delivered for you.

Spacious apartment with kitchen and washing machine. I was also lucky enough to get upgraded to a bigger room for free, and I especially liked that I can adjust the room temperature easily. Everything was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast line was awesome, very delicious and with many options. Wifi was easy to connect and stable.

The bed was a bit too soft for me, but not really a big problem.

Not enough shade for the swimming pool area, especially for the adult's pool area. Got pretty hot during the day - Breakfast lack varieties but still acceptable - Better put water dispenser instead of bottled water - Hair dryer too small power - Only 1 front office staff when I checked out and it was a rather busy day so I had to wait for like 30mins more or less

Oakwood is an excellent choice of hotel in Jakarta. My first stay here was in 2008, when Oakwood was brand new. The place is very well maintained and well kept. The staff is very kind and polite and helpful. Oakwood is a pleasant oasis in a crowded, hot, humid, chaotic city

The location is in a quiet area. The breakfast was good. The Staff was collaborative and helpful.

1-There was a stain of blood on the bed's mattress. Also, the shower area wasn't clean. 2-No CCTV in the corridor of each floor. 3-WiFi was weak

The breakfast menu variation is limited, but cooked well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location & the view are superb. You can do jogging or walking around the neighbourhood. The plus point is the hotel provides a fully-equipped & sanitized kitchen. We have a good time staying here. Arigato.

The breakfast was good. The location is perfect and in the middle of the city.

Lots of hair at the window which means it's not clean properly. The bathroom was actually nice, but the shower was sprayed to the roof, should do maintenance or it will break the bathroom ceiling.

They charged us breakfast for our 11 years old child, I read a review mentioning it was for free for below 12 years old !!!!.. no clear policy about that.

Good choice of clean friendly staff stretching to help us with many things. Has a supermarket and restaurants more within 5 mins walk. Lotte shopping centre next door, so green and has soul.

Breakfast had mix of choice. Not spicey. Western great Eggs anyway. Eastern Loved Soto Ayam and Nasi Goreng. Selection of coffees and green juice, yum
