Aloft Stuttgart

I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helped us save 30 euros on early check-in by opting in for the loyalty program. The room is great, and everything is brand new (probably since the hotel itself is new as well). Breakfast was good, they had a pretty good coffee for my taste. And a very important point is that the room is very quiet even with windows facing a 6-lane road.

The Milaneo complex that the hotel is located in is quite hard to navigate in, but google maps helped to initially understand where to go. Another thing, but it mostly applies to Stuttgart in general is that this city isn't very pedestrian-friendly and it'll take you a lot of time to go to the hotel by foot, so I'd suggest taking an U-Bahn train even from the central train station.

Stuttgart right now is a massive construction area esp. the main train station area and the surrounding and not far from the hotel , I couldn’t enjoy the centre of town , as I hoped it to be (the hotel located so close).

Bathroom and wardrobe area is right at the entrance. You open the door and you are there without an intermediate hallway as most Hotels in this category have. I also had a problem finding the place as this hotel is part of a building and one has to take the lift to the second floor to get to the reception, from the outside there was only a small shield barely noticeable. Instructions as to how to get to it should be part of its profile in advertising it,

A great hotel which was a 10min walk from the main Stuttgart train station. We stayed in a family room with 2 double beds. The bathroom was nice and big and the shower was large. We had a great view out of our window looking down at the snow. The staff were super helpful and friendly. There was a U Bahn station right outside the hotel which was great. We only stayed a night but would stay here again. The breakfast was great too and was included in our fee.

The shower didn't have much pressure unfortunately but it was still ok. The hotel didn't have a very big sign and we actually walked past it before walking back to find it.

Nice modern design, toom size is great for family. Breakfast was excellent, we are nuslim and there were many things that we can't eat but this hotel provide breakfast spread that is enough for us to get our morning going, asked the muslim lady staff and she was helpful to tell me that 2 of the meat are halal. Next to a mall which is super convenient, for food and shopping. There is a guest laundry room which is free for guest and I find this superb but you have to get your own detergent otherwise you can buy them at the reception

We travel during winter and that it is not really possible to walk from hotel to main train station due to icy pavement and hence need to get there by 1 stop train. Will come back again during other season.

Living right near to a large shopping center with restaurants, entertainment, and a relaxed open area makes the location ideal. The staff was amazing, and the hotel was tidy. The air conditioner was also well functional. They were very kind to us and our pet, making it a wonderful visit.

The hotel's mineral water is expensive. We purchased directly from the hotel lounge bar because we had limited time to visit the supermarket while on a business trip and couldn't locate any späti. We anticipate it to be pricy, but not by 3 euros for 500 ml, and it excludes the recycling bottle fee. The water is always gratis provided in the majority of hotels I've been in.

Good location next to a good Mall BUT further from the centre than we realised and the pathway ran out when walking to town so we had to do a quick dash along the BUSY road from one bit of pavement to the next.

We arrived off the overnight train at about 9.30 am and left our bags with reception, they said our room would be ready by 3…. We went back closer to 4 and the room still wasn’t ready which is ok, but when you’re travelling with small kids can be a bit of a pain….

The location was within 15 to 20 minutes from the sites that we wanted to see. Each member of the staff we met were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The breakfast had many options.

There could be a better explanation of where the hotel is actually located. The entrance was hard to initially find coming from the shopping mall parking lot. There are not many clear signs in the parking area to get to the hotel. Also, the areas to park that were for guests was always very full.

As we needed a hotel close to the Stuttgart HBF (main train station), location is perfect. In fact, it is a good location to explore the city. The property is clean and rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered is of a very good standard. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Laundry facilities - additional washing machines and dryers need to be available.

Excellent- really clean, staff were friendly. Hotel gym was also good (most hotel gyms aren’t great, but this one was workable and open 24/7). The bed was really comfortable!

Only very very minor thing was that the shower hose twisted and didn’t face straight forward - after some wiggling/moving around/twisting it was kind of okay but honestly that was the only thing which is really trivial

Great hotel with contemporary decor. The room is very comfortably laid out, especially the dressing area which is separate from the shower and toilet. It was very comfortable for a family of four. The breakfast area is superbly laid out and served a wide selection of food. The pancakes were simply great! A large shopping centre with parking is next door.

The pillows were rather flat, but we were immediately given extra ones.
