I rated this hotel 10/10. Clearly, this is not the “best hotel”, however, it’s amazing value for what it is and where it is. We needed a room for a same-day booking near a hospital clinic and this hotel was available. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Water and a beer was available for free from a fridge on the floor. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice and would come back if needed.
This wasn’t an issue for me at all, but the hotel is located on a somewhat busier street so it might be more difficult for some to sleep with the windows open if you’re easily woken up by traffic noise. I slept very well and the bed was super comfortable. Also, the windows seem to isolate well from the noise when closed.

space for parking even with minibus (lot of other Hotels only up till 1.80 m high car parks), central location in Cannstadt, very nice staff and comfy rooms and bathroom
location near a main road but noise was acceptable due to central location, had a good sleep even with open windows. As we were not too many breakfast guests the breakfast was good but not too many choices.

Really friendly staff - despite my lack of German! 15 minute walk to the concert I was in Stuttgart for. Short walk to pretty suburb of Bad-Cannstadt.
Nothing stands out. The owners don't have much English in their vocabulary but I wouldn't expect them to. Any barriers were entirely down to me.
