Hotel am Feuersee

Comfortable and cozy hotel. The room was very clean and ot has everything one needs.

The hotel description says that the hotel is open until midnight. There's also an informatove poster in the reception, which says that it is open until midnight. But i received a message from the hotel the same day of my arrival, saying that i should check in before 22:00, or i would not be able to check in. As a solution, they asked me to send the details of my credit card by email or message. But this is not secure at all for the customer. Besides, i already introduced the card details on booking.com when i did the reservation, and the confirmation that i received by booking.com said that my reservation was guaranteed by my credit card. In conclussion, the hotel did not respect the booking agreement. Apart from this, the hotel was great.

The hotel is located in a nice area - close to the city centre - you can easily walk there. The surrounding area is also beautiful, super close to Feuersee. The hotel is clean, and breakfast is simple but tasty enough to give you the strength to start your day. The room was clean, comfy and cosy (plus 1 for the cleanliness in the bathroom!). The staff was friendly and polite, I arrived super early (like 6 am) and it was super cold outside, they let me in and offered me some breakfast. I loved my stay in Stuttgart and definitely recommend the hotel.

Nothing - everything worked well!

- central Location (10 minutes to Stadtmitte). - from Feuersee S-Bahn station 2 minutes (Exit Feuersee) - nice location near church and little lake (green area with walking path) - quiet because of the lake between the (bigger) street and the hotels - 24h-self-service-supermarket (Kübler Go 24/7) nearby (200m) - for the room size the bed is relatively large - cosy small lobby lounge, possibility to buy cold drinks in the lobby at reasonable prices,

- room is not so big, but suitable for a stay of few nights

Staff very nice, as was the breakfast. Good, quiet location close to an S-bahn station only two stops from the Hauptbahnhof and with direct trains to the airport. One side of the double bed wasup against the wall, but the room was fine.

Lift is taken out of service at night, which isn't good if one is on the fourth floor and could create difficulties for guests with serious mobility issues. Having only one key to the room (an old-fashioned one that also operates the front door, which is locked early) is rather inconvenient if there's more than one person in the room.

The location was great, overlooking the old church and the lake. It took us about 20 minutes to walk from the station but we really felt we had got away from the crowds and the city centre and discovered a quieter part of Stuttgart. There are several restaurants near the lake so only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel Breakfast was great. A nice change from the huge dining room you get in a bigger hotel, nice and quiet and a great choice of food for breakfast.

The location is very good and it has a beautiful view. You can use all subways. Hotel is old but clean.

Breakfast is poor. There is no one in the hotel after 23:00. So you enter with your own key. Elevator does not work after 23:00. It may be a problem for the upper floors.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, good breakfast, very helpful staff.

The WiFi couldn't be reached from my room. I mentioned it to the staff and they quickly sorted it.

The location is wonderful and everything is a bit small as an American but well done

A second pillow for the bed would have been nice. The breakfast feels a bit small with regards to variety but every ingredient is very good quality

Breakfast was alright. Average and solid buffet quality. The Feuersee is pretty and a neat spot in a car-infested city.

Walls appeared to be rather thin as it was possible to hear neighbors by detail.
