Hotel Neuer Karlshof

Staff services was GREAT! LOCATION was pretty good for all the purpose, on foot, by bus or by train, even by TAXI. It is really well connected. Being inside the train station , Coffee FELLOWS upstair was one of the best choice for money expenses and movements on foot. About 15 min from the airport and totally in/ upstair the train station 💪🏻

During a staying of 4 days i expected at least one more cleaning services with add of shampoo etc. Pretty disappointed for the no free water bottle in the room 😡 but maybe i got used too well in China.

1) Location is absolutely ideal for traveling by train. You enter to the hotel just from the platform!. The regular buses to the city are just at the other side of the building 2) Despite our fears (station just here!), the hotel was very clean, with big and comfortable room, and good sound isolation (should use roller shutters on the window) 3) absolutely the best for the price/quality ratio here 4) design corresponds to the place, you feel the atmosphere of the old train station of an old famous resort place

Exceptional service. We requested them for a few things and the hotel staff already arranged everything in advance. Without any extra cost. We got a bigger room and an amazing service! The check-in and checkout was very smooth and contactless. Very smooth and very organized. We had a very big bathtub, microwave, and one extra room with 2 extra beds. I noticed some reviews where they were mentioning about the sound because we live in the railway station. But we did not have that problem at all. The room was perfectly sound proof. It was only when we opened the windows was when we could listen to the trains around. Location is amazing!

This was a slightly unconventional hotel in the sense that there was no reception. We missed getting any information like we usually get at hotel receptions about city map, things to do around, support etc. All the communication which we did was through the booking.com messenger. So there was some personal touch missing throughout. They also own the coffee fellows just downstairs which we were not satisfied with. But that has nothing to do with the services of the hotel.

Best location, just above the main station in Baden-Baden. Big rooms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms.

The walls are thin, so you hear the other guests, either on the hallway or in their rooms, as well as the train announcements in the station.

The room was big and comfortable. Above a café where It IS possible to have breakfast. Self check in available and not fra from baden-baden

The room was quite dark, there is no microwave or anything to prepare your own breakfast and the café is expensive with no many offer

Well priced, very clean and good sized room and bathroom. We had an early train so being on the platform was great.

The only negative is that we had Room 1 which windowed opened on to the train line and the trains were very loud. It was quite warm so having to decide between being too hot or hearing the trains through the open window

Even though the reception did not work when we arrived, they left detailed information how to get into the hotel. The information was accurate and we were able to get into the hotel with no trouble

My friend who is a clean freak says that the shelfs could be a bit cleaner and the main light did not work.

Convenient place to stay ahead of an early morning ICE train departure. Also attached to a handy coffee shop. Great views of trains passing through Baden Baden.

Trains were noisy right through the night. Bathroom smelt smoky. No lift.

1. Ideal location. Entry just from the platform, frequent regular buses to the city center 2. Clean and comfortable room with good sound isolation 3. Perfect self-checkin/checkout process 4. Pleasant design of "old station hotel"

Cooler with hot/cold water in the corridor or kettle in the room would be a good addition

Hotel is located at the train station and honestly you cant hear much of the train buzz. The train station is very well connected with center and it is a very convenient area to travel to other places, national parks around
