Campanile Frankfurt Offenbach

This was a last minute booking when our flight to Munich was cancelled and we had to fly into Frankfurt. We were delighted with the hotel. The bathrooms were updated with lovely walk-in showers. The rooms were small, but adequate. The beds were comfortable with warm duvets. The breakfasts were good. The coffee was excellent, the best coffee on our entire trip. We were a group of 4 who were traveling to the Christmas markets. The price was exceptional and worth the Uber rides to our markets. Good wifi throughout the entire hotel.

Location was an industrial area, but had a couple hotels within walking distance. Few restaurants to choose from.

Really loved the location and value for money. Also Egyptian lad that worked behind counter provided excellent customer service, most staff speak several languages and are happy to accommodate you. The rooms were clean and good heating provided. Good working lifts and very close to train station too.

The only issues we had was the smelly shower drain and the water didn't drain quickly. Also, the black lady at the end of our journey as we came to sign out was very rude about sign out times. We explained we struggled with reading numbers and had become confused on our booking thinking sign out time was 3 o'clock (it isn't it's at 11 am) and she was very rude to us about this informing us she should have charged us. Noone had helped or made us aware of these times verbally - Really didn't appreciate the send off considering everything else was so good and other staff all friendly. Overall though I'd recommend this hotel it was a good visit

My son and I wanted to explore Frankfurt and the hotel suited our purposes. It was not far to the underground, circa an 8 minute walk. Our room was wonderfully clean with 2 beds. The mattresses were thick and the beds very comfortable. It was dark and quiet and we both slept well. It was very reasonably priced. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We can recommend.

We wondered if the grassy bit just outside the hotel belonged to the hotel itself. If so the constant rubbish lying outside could have been removed. It didn’t make a good impression.

For our purpose, the hotel and location was ideal. I can imagine that business travelers that stay one or two nights, would be the main customers at this hotel. The value is quite good compared with other hotels in that area. We stayed on the 6 floor and had a nice view over this part of Frankfurt.

We are a bit spoiled travelers, hence we would have liked more breakfast options. However, we ate breakfast at another location and were happy as well. One more, or a bit bigger trash can inside the room would be great.

This hotel is located a little bit far away from attractive points and need to use taxi or Uber to stay connected. You also can use public transport - it's available, but few connections and time consuming. However, it provides comparably big rooms with a lot of space, comfy bed, very nice and diverse shower facilities as well as unexpectedly wonderful view on the skyline of the city center (at least from our room).

Pillows could be better - it's the only one potential improvement I would suggest.

The room was very clean with modern/new furniture. The bed was comfortable. Room size is good and the bathroom is wide. Staff are helpful. Everything was smooth and easy. My room was on 8th floor, with a nice view 😊

The location is not in the heart of the city, it is rather located in a business area nearby other hotels and many companies offices. So, it is a good choice for business travellers. Nevertheless, city center is easily accessable via buses that can be reached within 5-10 mins walking.

Efficient air conditioning, two spacious lifts, tight windows ensuring silence. Friendly and courteous staff at the reception. Very hot water - this is not the case in every hotel. Despite minor shortcomings, I definitely recommend it.

Inaccurate cleaning after previous guests. There is a small pretzel and lipstick on the floor under the bed, not far away, only in an immediately visible place. Room not prepared, although I did not arrive early - luckily the receptionist found another room quickly so that I did not have to wait.

Great value for money, clean rooms and helpful staff. Location is great as well, 5 mins walk to je regional train station, which takes you to Frankfurt in about 15mins. Also close to Offenbach city centre. The rooms were super quiet and warm even for a November visit.

The rooms are more suitable for shorter stays, there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It took us a while to get used to the location but once that was achieved, it was a good location to relax after a hard day of touring. It was clean and comfortable.

Just the noisy guests during New Year's eve but other than that, no complaints.

We picked this as it was by far the cheapest we could find in Frankfurt for the dates of our stay. Although a bit out of town the location was good. Only 6 stops on the S-Bahn from Frankfurt HBF and then an easy 5-10 minute walk. It's also possible to walk into the City center along the river which only takes 30-40 minutes. Hotel was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It's on the same S-Bahn line as Deutsche Bank Park too which was ideal as we were there for football.

Only 2 coat hangers per room but not a big deal.
