Very clean appartment, with good beds and proper bathroom with excellent shower and bath. (The bed could split up!) There is also a kitchen with fridge. Very close to the city centre and main shoppingstreet Zeil. The river main is even close, aswell the neighbourhoods of Sachsenhausen and Bornheim (nightlife) are in walking distance (or you can use an electric step, they are on every corner). Also the Tram is stopping near the door. The room is every day cleaned. There were issues with tv, we got compensation for it. That was very kind, we even didn't use tv because Frankfurt is a very vibrant city!

Maybe the appartment is too clean or new, i mean it could be more cozy. The tv, the size is too small for the room. They should replace it for an, at least 50 inch screen. The curtains, are for the show, you cannot close them. They have a kind of blinds for the windows in white. So in summertime i think it would be too light, in the early morning, before wake up. But in wintertime almost christmass time, it is long dark outside, so not a problem right now. Maybe they should place a rubberstrip below the shower door, water is leaking all over the floor while showering, we must use a towel.

I stayed on the 6th floor and the room was very modern. The bathroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and I never had a query they couldn't solve. The staff is the best part of this hotel.

The hotel is along a busy street and it can be quite noisy in the evening and morning hours. No reflection on the hotel, but just keep that in mind when booking. Not all of the rooms have been renovated and modernised so just be aware that you may get an older room.

The location was great . Very close to the S-Bahn , tram stops and easy to walk to the Old town and main shopping strip. Easy to use the S-Bahn to get to the main train station (4 stops) and airport (8 stops) Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious , modern , clean and comfortable. Some floors have recently had all rooms renovated. The hotel provided clear instructions on how to reach them by email. Complimentary water and coffee/tea at reception were nice to have. The hotel also offers guests the option not to have their rooms cleaned and towels/linen changed each day, which is good for the environment.

Very good location. The area is well connected with public transport. We got a room at the top floor which was nice since only those have a balcony and a really good view. Staff was super nice (shout out to Mohammed and Khaled for making us feel at home) and to top it all had gluten-free bread available for gluten intolerant people!

Door to the room was quite difficult to open and there was no stopper, which was a problem while getting our luggage in or out of the room. The bathroom is open and has no doors, so those who have privacy concerns might have a problem. The water spills out of the shower area too making outside floor wet.

This hotel is good value for money in the heart of Frankfurt. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and helped with luggage storage and earlier check-in. Our initial room had a problem with the aircon, and they helped us to find a room with working aircon. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed. The highlight was the breakfast, with many options to choose from and the best coffee we had in Frankfurt!

While we indicated on Booking.com that our booking included our 4-year-old toddler, we had to pay extra for an additional bed for him. The rooms are a bit small, but that's typical of hotels in Europe.

The staff we absolutely lovely. They made us all feel very welcome. The hotel rooms were great, Nice and clean. The restaurant/breakfast room was very presentable and the food was great. There is a tram stop just outside so really convenient to get to all the sights without having to walk too far.

My father in law uses a wheelchair as he can only walk a few steps but unfortunately the hotel does not have wheelchair access at the front so one of us had to around the back of the hotel and through the rear car park to push him up the only ramp into the building. Not ideal in the freezing conditions we had as it was exceptionally icy and slippy. it’s a shame there isn’t a bigger lounge area to relax and have a drink. They have one small area with 6 chairs (There were 8 in our group) so some had to sit on the floor. oh and our shower flooded the entire room as it’s all one level so needed to mop up every time to avoid slipping. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

the staff are really very nice , both at the reception as well as the restaurant. make you feel welcome . we had the corner suite on the 7th floor, which was fab . spacious & comfy. the balcony was also nice with an open view of the city.the location also is very convenient with restaurants, supermarkets & the main shopping area ZIEL just round the corner, few minutes walk from the hotel.

the wifi signal was weak in our room, but the reception staff (Khalid) was really trying to help make it work., in vain, but we appreciated his effort . he was very helpful .

it was a modern property in a convenient location. A supermarket is located in the street opposite . It was within walking distance to the Christmas market and shopping district . The beds were comfortable, the shower room was well appointed with a fresh smelling shower gel available . I liked having the toilet separate to the shower . The breakfast buffet was amazing , the options were outstanding from pancakes to being able to squeeze your own juice . There was a large selection of fresh cheeses and German cold cuts .

There was a 2 Euro surcharge on top of the booking which I was only made aware of after payment had been taken for the stay . I understand there is an energy crisis but I felt this was inappropriate. The heater was turned to 35 Degree when we arrived and I had to turn it off and open a window because the room felt like a sauna .

Hotel is in a good location, in walking distance from the cathedral, square and all interesting landmarks in.the city centre. Room was reasonably sized, with flat screen TV and separate shower room and toilet. Good breakfast (buffet) was served in restaurant on the ground floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check out was at 12'o clock.

WiFi kept cutting out. Shower isn't fully enclosed so water was splashing out of it. Shame there's no coffee making facilities in the room. Parking should be better marked - we had to stop and search for it before driving in. On the way out we nearly collided with another vehicle coming in.

3* hotel but the service, hospitality, staff, location is +5 stars . I cannot find anything to fault. If you want to go anywhere and everywhere within Frankfurt city, this is the ideal hotel. Everything we wanted do / see was max. 10 mins away (walking). Breakfast selection was great. Room was tidied and fully stocked everyday. Staff were very professional. This hotel is definitely on top of my recommendations list. Thank you.

The hotel is close to a hospital so you can hear ambulances passing by regularly but it didn’t effect us whatsoever.
