To be honest I wasn't expecting too much, but there was a friendly welcome and then I opened the door to the room and was pleasantly surprised. A good sized room, bed and bathroom. The bed was a very comfortable double and the shower powerful and hot. It is in a residential area and the room was really quiet even with the window open. Slept so well! Breakfast was very good quality and varied. Also just round the corner is a really nice shopping street with lots of nice little restaurants. Five minutes walk to the tram into the town centre.

I found the Hotel to be most comfortable and so close to the Exhibition venue at Messen making it an ideal place to stay in the future. The reception staff highly efficient.
Just a tiny complaint about the hot counter which could have been a little better, such as more moist scrambled eggs, better rashers and sausages and everything else was perfect.

Very friendly staff and a good quality breakfast. The hotel was nicely located in a quite area close to the Rüttenscheider Straße (full of small shops and coffee shops).
The only minus was that our room had an unpleasant smell. We suppose it comes from the ventilation.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Moreover, I had a super breakfast that was tasty and healthy too. I would recommend this hotel for family, holiday and business trips.

Parking situation, just leave your car at fairgound parking and walk, much easier

It's very close to a main access road. Elevator was working. The welcoming staff at the reception was absolutely fantastic and 100% helpful.
The bathroom was cold. There was no hand soap. Towels were very thin and small.

Maybe more electric plug options would be good for phone charging (usb cables).

Overall it was an ok stay. I've travelled for work purposes, so I did not do anything besides sleeping in the room. Breakfast was tasty and fresh.
