Airport Plaza Hotel Hamburg, vorher bekannt als Nordport Plaza Hotel

Reception team, very friendly and there was a woman with the name Nicoleta ( i think ) she was very Profesional and friendly. The view was very nice. The room was nice , big enough , clean and comfortable ( top)

No connections for my private phone ( no signal in whole hotel) a disaster . I payed at Booking and the information about the payment from Booking to the Hotel was even in next day not send ( rest off the story was not nice ) . The food in the restaurant was not so good.. , it was more like a Fast food, very sad for a hotel like this to not have a good restaurant. And the breakfast was very Expensive , more than 20 euro .. i mean its still breakfast .. In Bathroom was a very bad smell, like mold. And at approximately 06 o clock when the first flight is flying , the noise woke me up :( . The good part is you don't need to worry about to long sleeping ;))

The size of the room is excellent, so are its conveniences, very modern, good bed, good pillows. size of bathroom. Front desk very friendly and expedite. Best of all and never experienced, I had to leave for the airport 03:45, they had a breakfast box ready for me, coffee, apples and water. Fantastic, no stress to find something to eat at the airport. Fantastic place if you need to get quickly to airport at off hours. Cannot comment from a Tourist point of view, as this was not the purpose of my trip

there isn't really anything I didn't like. only recommendation, in booking it sounds like the Hotel is in walking distance of the airport entrance, be more precise and mention that it is a 10 min taxi drive away. Again this is not a real issue.

I love everything about the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really like the fact that when you are in the room you can see the plane fly.and they gym was good. Very close to the airport but if you want to go to the city centre then is not good for you but the hotel have a taxi that can drive you to the airport for 5euro and you can take a train to the city centre

The Staffs at the reception are not helpful at all. Especially the guy with brown hair. There was only one lady who was sooo helpful and nice

Being a solo traveller and not from Germany, I greatly appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of Eslam, on Reception. He helped me with booking tickets on public transport and made sure I had the Reception phone number should I need further help. Nothing was too much trouble. Eslam is amazing and brilliant at his job. Thank you Eslam. Thanks to Leo too for his help when I checked out. Outstanding staff work at this hotel. I very much liked my room. The restaurant was great with a delicious dinner and extensive breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Efficient airport transfer service. All staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner meals were delicious.

We had to wait a long time for our dinner to be served. We forgot to check the air conditioning setting before we went to sleep, then were too warm during the night. In the morning I noticed that the temperature was set to 23 degrees. That explained why we were too warm. Perhaps the hotel could save energy costs if all rooms were set by default to a lower temperature (20 degrees?) when being prepared for new guests?

The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel dinner and restaurant staff were very good. The airport transfer worked well.

When we arrived, the young lady at reception was hopeless and couldn't find our booking. We felt unwelcome. The room was very hot, getting full afternoon sun, and we were unable to cool it down enough to sleep comfortably. It was a warm day in Hamburg and we would have loved a sheet to sleep under rather than a doona/quilt.

The restaurant was fantastic, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. The bar was also of high standard. I have to thank Leo, the man at the front desk, Mohammed at the restaurant and Alexander the barman for their expert service.

The only small thing would be the sauna was unfortunately turned off after I finished my workout, and I would have loved to try it.

There was intensive sewer smell in the room coming from the bathroom, can't open windows to get fresh air, I had room doors open at some point cleaning personal came and cleaned the water sewer in the bath, then it was OK. The hairdryer was very low in output of warm air, nothing for long hair....

Called when landed they came to collect us waited about 20 mins. Check in very welcoming no problem they ordered taxis for us to concerted, rooms very warm. Ac only ok. No little toiletries in room rooms very clean bed were good. Had food in restaurant was in a hurry as going to concert they hurried are food delighted with this. Stayed one night only and transported back to airport

Great hotel! Very comfortable, large rooms. ultra-modern equipment of rooms, including bathrooms. A nice view of the airport runway and at the same time there is no sound from the planes. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Sauna on the 9th floor with a view of the takeoff/landing of planes. there is also a bar on this floor. Transfer from the hotel to the terminal - up to 5 minutes.
