values for money. clean room.

7€ for parking in front of hotel. the toilet / bath is kind of smelly. like it has not been use for long time not good ventilation.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the rate in Booking was 6.8 and we took the "risk" because everything else around the airport was already booked. However, the value for money, cleanliness, service and breakfast exceed my expectations. It's worth every penny we spent there. Of course it's not a 5 star hotel (keep that in mind) but for amount of stars they have it is more than pleasant, clean and convenient. Breakfast was superb! Everything was fresh, tasty with a large selection.

It was a bit dark outside the hotel entrance and our taxi driver couldn't figure out the entrance in the begining. Some light on the signboard would definitely help future guests.

I normally don't write reviews, but the reviews for this hotel seem so low that I just had to. Yeah, it's not the kind of hotel you'd chose for a relaxing city vacation in Hamburg. But it's close to the airport, and that's exactly what I needed. The owner went all the way to make sure I could still check in late at night after my delayed arrival in Hamburg. The breakfast looked good (though I only grabbed two rolls and cheese for my train ride back home), and the bed was comfy. I guess I'd prefer some slightly softer mattress, but it's a good compromise between a hard slab and a too soft bed. I slept well. The bed was quite big for my single room. Perfect! And it was very quiet despite the proximity to the airport.

Only minor complaint: while the curtains are blackout curtains they didn't block the light in the morning. But that's only a minor niggle.

The staff was really friendly!!! He allowed us to check in after the check in hours! Thank You very much! The hotel has everything what you need for the normal-short stay. The room was clean and comfortable :)

1. Lack of music in breakfast area. I think the breakfast was very good and you have a lot of options to choose something to eat, but the silence in breakfast area makes it a little bit uncomfortable :) 2. Can you please take away/repair/fix the small carpets from the entrance stairs? Today in the morning was freezy outside and I almost slip from the stairs, because of the mats. It will improve the safety for guests in your nice hotel :)

The hotel room was awesome! It had plenty of space and comfy beds. I liked how it looked and how it had everything I needed. It was a great place to relax and chill. The breakfast was amazing too! It was simple but delicious. They had all kinds of food, from healthy stuff to yummy stuff. The staff was super nice and helpful, and they served me quickly and well. I was really happy with what I got for the price I paid. It was a perfect way to kick off my day and get ready for some fun.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean. Considering that I got a discount price, the hotel did not allow us to have an extra bed in the room for a third person. Instead , they offered another room which is a bit expensive for a one night sleep only. We arrived also at 10pm and left in the morning the following day.

The bathroom shower knob was initially not working for both cold and hot water. We were not able to shower in the evening on arrival. The following morning, we called a help and the lady preparing the breakfast managed to navigate the system to work after a few minutes.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and great pillows!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. They spoke very well English. The breakfast was very nice and the space for breakfast was very comfortable and light. We loved our stay!

It didn’t look very good from outside and less parking places. But from inside the Hotel was really good.

The check-in went fast and well. The rooms are big and quiet. The bathroom was comfortable too. Breakfast was okay, a bit less luxuruous than I am used to, also in the same price category, but still enough too choose.

The person at the reception said that the only restaurant was the burger king next door, that all other restaurants were miles away. However, a look at the google maps showed us 4-5 restaurants in a 1,5 km distance, so 10 minutes' walk. I am glad we did that.

Location despite airport businesses being by was really quiet. breakfast was really good.

Carpet was a bit worn inside room. Wish it had a mini-fridge.
