Leonardo Hotel Hamburg City Nord

The building is simple but with good taste and makes your visit more comfortable. The room is clean and has air conditioning system that works really good. The location is good if you are driving but if you want to use the public transportation is a little bit tricky you need to check the transport possibilities , but there are buses to the U-bahn (subway) near. You can get to the airport really easy by bus and subway. The beds are 5 Stars.

The restaurant breakfast only works for people who wake up early, and if you are one of those who like to sleep until 10 or 11 am because you are in vacations, the next chance to breakfast is far away from the hotel.

Location near the park, comfy beds, great curtains (blackouts), tasty and rich breakfast (but a bit expensive). Large room, all you need bathroom, a bit claustrophobic - spacy but with very low ceiling. Towels were clean and soft. Overall facility was OK.

Not having a central light in the room was a bit strange. I would welcome free bottle of water for every night of stay, not just for first one. Parking places were so tiny, that it was difficult to find the one to park without fear to get off and not to make scratches - this was very stressful, plus you have to pay for it.

The hotel is really nice, it is a bit far from city centre and the area itself is a bit industrial (even though it is literally 10 min walk to Stadtpark). I agree that is is a bit old, but very clean, stylish and comfortable: clean bathrooms, nice mattress, two different pillows, bid mirror in the room. The breakfast is very nice: good variety of food, everything refreshed on time, big area, professional service. The coffee was bad, but just normal Germany bad. 😅 Also can mention the restaurant downstairs! It is perfect for nice dinner: interesting local food, really enjoyed the evening there.

Quiet and comfortable room, reliable WiFi and adequate working space. Location depends a little: It's in the middle of nowhere when looking at the map, but if you have business in the whole Überseering area, its location is extremely convenient.

There was a strange, and to my nose disgusting, scented oil spread in my room when I checked in, and as I couldn't open the windows I couldn't get rid of the stench all week.

Great location to park for live bands... There is nothing nearby otherwise. Had to walk a kilometer to nearest store. No nearby restaurants, but the breakfast was a really good German offering with scrambles eggs, so my wife was happy...with the scrambled eggs! If you want the HBF area, its a kilometer walk to the closest train station, but they run well both ways to city and back. You can take a train to Denmark if you book in advance. The park across from the hotel is HUGE and amazing. Have fun!

Very cozy style room with nice photo display of Hamburg/Hafencity. I had no issue with noise, water, or temperature. I could hear other guests talking in the hallway but didn't bother me much.

The entrance of the hotel was pretty unsettled for guests who are walking to arrive. It is intended for car drop off & pick up. The gym opening hours could be improved as well.

Location next to the Stadtpark and buses. Air-conditioning, ability to open the window. Tea/ coffee making facilities, access to chilled water, lifts, restaurant, quality food, excellent staff, nicely appointed rooms

Tiling in the bathroom sadly let it down due to unpleasant black mold within the grouting and edges of the bath and shower glass. It would have been extremely helpful to see information in English as well as German

Room was clean. Bed are comfy. Was tea and coffee and water as welcome gesture. Checking was fast. Room was spacious.

Heating did not work properly in first night Door at the bathroom is design failure. If you are in the bathroom there is no space to open the door.

The bed was really comfortable,in a quiet area Very important that the distance between airport and the hotel is about 10 minutes with C1 train The people in the reception were very helpful

The whole area is under construction You have to walk between buildings to get to the station. No microwave in the room It has only the total necessary things No iron We use the glasses to drink juice and when they came the other day to take the garbages they didn't change them with new one.

Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast until 11.00 at the weekend, the Stad Park across the road from hotel is wonderful for families. The welcome drink was an excellent touch.

The nearest U bhan station is a little hard to find.
