Pullman Munich

I really enjoyed my weekend stay at Pullman. The room was quite big, very quiet, the beds comfortable. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend staying at Pullman. Breakfast included vegan options, well done!

There were basically no fresh veggies for breakfast. Not even sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. The lady who was taking care of the breakfast room was walking around with a grumpy face bossing around. I felt bad for her co-worker, who got reprimanded in front of other guests.

The hotel was located near the exhibition center I had to go for work. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a free upgrade so that was nice as well with a big room.

The distance from the room to the elevator sometimes it’s a little bit too much. I stayed at this hotel two times and both time it was quite far. The bathroom compared to the room it’s really small, I would have preferred lace space for the writing desk and armchair but more space for the shower/bathroom. During my stay the hotel was full with several work groups and companies and for two nights they were really loud in the corridors. Another thing I didn’t like as I find it quite impractical is the use of the sleeping-bag-like duvet but unfortunately it is quite common in Germany.

Overall we really liked everything, it was a great place to stay. It was particularly convenient that it's situated so close to a pick-up point for the Lufthansa bus, as well as an U Bahn station. There's also a neat little bakery just around the corner & a farmer's market appeared outside the building on Saturday morning. The room's private balcony overlooking a garden courtyard was lovely too!

The pillows are very soft & flat, it would've been good to have had more options available (e.g. additional &/or different pillows to choose from or use in combination). The coffee in the room (instant) could be better too.

Room service is not cooperative And they don't clean the rooms properly. The laedy in charge of the room service staff is always her voice is loud and screams at everyone, she screamed at me once without politeness, the coffee machine does not work in the room, and when I asked to change it from the room service, she took it, the bottle of water is not available daily and when I asked for water they said it’s only on check in

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very quiet yet very close to the Metro station to get you into the centre in a few minutes. Taxi rank right outside if you didn’t want to take the Metro. Lovely bakery just around the corner for fresh pastries and coffee in the morning if you didn’t want breakfast in the hotel. We had asked for a room with a bathtub but when we checked in they said that was not available in the Superior Room so after a discussion, they upgraded us.

The room was lovely but on the ground floor and near to Reception so occasional noise when customers returning from a night out in the early hours. For those who are light sleepers, I would recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.

Easy check in and check out, the hotel is near the metro station and restaurants and cafes, and near Europcar rent a car company, about 15 to 17 minutes by car to downtown. The area is very nice, within walking distance of the English Garden and nearby gardens. You fee being away from city traffic but not too far from reaching anywhere. The room was amazing and lovely terrace overlooking the main street which is often very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Munich again I will stay there!

The bathroom didn't have a clothes hanger.

The hotel is at a great location with an express supermarket around the corner, a pharmacy across the street and a metro station 2min from the front door. There's also a bus stop about 5min away with a bus going directly to the airport. The room is great, ample space to work at with great wifi. For the ladies with long hair - the hairdryer is a proper one that doesn't take forever to dry your hair. At the front desk is a little cafe where you can get coffee, drinks and some snacks.

The gym is very small and they didn't have a business center where I could make calls. Their "business center" is in the lobby and so you could work there, but it's not suitable for having calls.

The room is pretty comfortable and renovated, the bed was perfect and even though the pillows were low they promptly gave us extras. The breakfast was quite good and staff was helpful too. Location is good with bakery and supermarket right next to hotel, as well as a metro station to take you to city center. They also have a garage.

The housekeeping was a bit off. They haven’t replaced toilet paper for example (I was there for 7 nights), so we had to ask.. also they gave us bath towels but no face towels.. not acceptable for this level of hotel in my opinion!!

The room, the location and the facilities. Comfortable stay.

The staff were absent and not very friendly. The receptionists were mostly sitting behind closed door in the room behind the reception. Not paying attention to people wanting help. One time that we had some drinks in the reception area we left the table with glasses and bottles on it, 5 hours later the same glasses and bottles were still there in the table. With one or two exceptions the staff were not overly friendly either.

I liked the openness of the room where you could go out onto the balcony and see the trees while hearing the sounds of the city. I also found the team to be very friendly and helpful with any of my traveling needs. I also liked that generally there were taxis available waiting for us at the door.

I didn’t like how I had to take a taxi to go almost anywhere. It was a bit of a location challenge depending on why you were in the city. I was there for the convention center and with traffic it took 30+ min to get there.
