Hotel & Restaurant Goldener Pflug

We had a room with a small terrace. It was very clean. Good size bathroom, with shower, wash basin and toilet. Very comfortable bed. There isn't a hospitality tray in the room, which is a disappointment, as it's nice to relax in the room, after a long journey, with a cup of tea or coffee. There is a restaurant and bar available. I have stayed here on a previous occasion, with a baby and they did have a kettle available on request, to make up formula milk. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast the following morning was also plentiful. There breakfast staff were very attentive, as we're some of the staff from the evening shift. There is an underground carpark, which currently costs €3 a day.

I was disappointed with one of the waitresses in the restaurant. She seemed to be in charge. I tried a couple of times to attract her attention and even though she looked in my direction, I was ignored. She attended to a family on the neighbouring table, but stood with her back to me.

The staff is REALLY friendly. Our visit went perfectly. We found the hotel easily, the hotel parking was easy to find and access. The room was large, it had good light and we were able to organize our luggage without any problems. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious and healthy.

The bathroom mirror was too far for me to see in easily. They have supplied a magnifying mirror but unfortunately I was too short to use that too!!

The Goldener Pflug Hotel is just so very nice. It is now one of my most favorite places to stay. Everyone working at this hotel made me feel like I was with family. The restaurant is excellent. The food was of great quality. My room was very comfortable. In my judgment, the Goldener Pflug Hotel is of the finest quality!

Nothing to not like about this hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional, plenty of choice and continually refreshed. Quality of ingredients was high. I loved the novel 'Butter machine" - at the press of a button a perfect circle of butter was dropped onto the plate. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, garaging for car was a reasonable cost. Overall very pleased with the 3 day stay.

Everything . The lady at the Reception desk was especially kind. It was a very quick check in. Breafast also was very nice.

The location is nice but a bit far (by walking) to the Ludwigsburg Center. There is nothing much to do around .

The hotel answered all of our questions very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a parking garage under the hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

No proper bathroom door - (partially milky) glass door to the bathroom.

One of the best hotel, I have ever stayed in Germany. Nice location, excellent staff, good breakfast, good restaurant serving food up to 10 p.m. , free parking. In nutshell, everything good.

Basement Car Parking was stinking. It looks, it was not cleaned for months. It doesn't gel with very good level of cleanliness maintained in hotel

Super location, clean room, nice and friendly staff, 2 restaurants with really good meals, parking area . I can recommend:)

The bed was a little bit soft, but it is -of course- individual' :)

Good rooms, high quality linnen, towels, etc.; super breakfast with top quality products (cheeses, salmon, yogurt, fruit, ...) - they only serve the best.
