Lindner Hotel Leverkusen BayArena, part of JdV by Hyatt

Private parking, easy access to the hotel, comfortable bed and spacious standard room, and THE SAUNA (a huge treat after a long day of driving). Great breakfast.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke which was a bit of a turn off, especially during dinner. The food was average for the price range. I can imagine that during football season you’d only want to stay here if you were a fan. I know nothing of football and was relieved there wasn’t a game in the stadium the night I was there. The hotel itself is very convenient to fans of course, by design, but also a great hotel in its own right for the rest of us.

Breakfast was amazing every day. The chef made sure that everything was up to standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar is a nice area to relax after a day out.

The beds and pillows are not that comfortable. The fitness area needs more equipment which is a shame to see especially as the hotel is part of the football stadium.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great (the thermostat is hiding behind the phone under the TV). Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I chose the hotel because it was close to the highway, and had a restaurant and parking. The restaurant was closed, and I had to pay 20 euro for parking (I missed this in the hotel description).

The location was good, not so far from Köln, and it was easy to get from the train station. The room was very clean and the beds were confortable. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

The breakfest I bought apart and thought it was a little bit expensive, for what it offered. The breakfest itself was really good, only the could have been cheaper.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us understand how to navigate our way around the city. Very convenient location - abt 5-7mins from the City Centre. Rooms are nice and spacious and very comfortable.

The vegetarian food can improve thereby making it more value for the price paid for the meals.

Location and experience . First time staying in this hotel after supporting leverkusen for 31 yrs.

No refreshments in the room, kettle, coffee machine etc was informed everything is at the bar. Wasn't expecting that from this hotel Was also informed due to the game bring on. If I left the car park I wouldn't be allowed to return even though I have paid!

Charging car might not work for electric cafe outside Germany. Luckily there was a Mcdonalds further down the road to charge. 20 euros a day for parking. Personally thought that was quite expensive

The location free parking place (not in front of the hotel but near the hotel you can find a place) You can see the stadium from the forth floor. Just ask the information desk

We thought we bought the rooms with breakfast but it happened to be without breakfast. Probably it was our mistake, I don’t know. This is happening to us for the first time.

The guy who takes care of the breakfast was a very nice guy. He was always out and checked that everything was full. Good for him. It is nice to see people like him that takes good care of you. I don't know his name but I want to say "Tank you!"

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast very good selection. And excellent location to stay if your going to watch the football.

I understand why they use plastic mattresses covers but they do make you too hot and sweaty disturbing your sleep. But the beds are very comfortable.
