24hr reception meant we could check in late. Very central hotel, across the road from a small convenience store

We wanted to leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. The staff was very unhelpful. Looked at the other bags in the reception and unhelpfully said there was no room left

Hotel was very comfortable with clean rooms and bedding. As a family of five we used two rooms which were adjacent with an internal connecting door between rooms. It was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and responsive to our questions about the neighborhood. The hotel is located in a very walkable market district with lots of restaurants (Turkish, Korean, Mexican, Italian etc) and convenience marts. It is walkable to many major tourist attractions. Sadly, there seemed to be a bit of drug activity and homelessness in the area.

Parking was a bit tricky. From 6pm-7am street parking is not a problem. During the day things are a little more complicated. The meters in the area charge 1 Euro per 15 minutes up to one hour max. We needed to move our car a number of times and finally parked it in a parking garage a few blocks away. This hotel is ideal for those without vehicles.

The receptionist was so helpful and polite. He helped us organise everything. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our stay was too short so i couldn't say more about positives or negatives. Location is kinda ok .. near the Train station but also near the red light district so you kinda know what type of people you see on the Streets. Not the optimal place for a family.

I don't know if this was a mistake on behalf of Hotel or Booking.com. But we requested a cot for our child. In the Hotel they didn't know about it , they even gave us two rooms on different floors. The organisation was all messed up and in the Hotel we were told that they weren't informed about it, although i thought it was so clear. But luckily we managed to find a solution.

I wanted a hotel in the "Bahnhofsviertel", close to the train station and on the "Kaiserstrasse", a main street with lots of restaurants. For this the location was perfect. I was surprised to find a room this spacious for this money. It didn't disappoint. Big bed, high ceilings, working AC, quite modern interior, it was clean and quiet. The walls weren't exactly straight, which meant some gaps, one of which had been between the bath and the bedroom. I was alone so I didn't mind. The staff was friendly and recommended a parking garage just 10 minutes away by foot. The "Westend Parkhaus" is very cheap for Frankfurt. The fee from 19:00 to 07:00 is just 3 €, otherwise the hour costs 1,50 €. I've been to at least 15 hotels in Frankfurt and on this day this hotel offered the best value for money.

the location is perfect. Directly opposite the Rewe to go and a beautiful Mexican food place as well as convenient for all the other restaurants and bars. the room had easy to use air conditioning, and big windows with a lovely view. great size rooms and bathroom. decent size fridge and all channels on the tele for wherever you’re from in the world. left the room without a key and staff happily gave us an additional.

a lot of the channels didn’t have signal on the tele but enough worked to find something watchable. weren’t given any information about services provided such as WiFi or food/drink available (if there was any! there appeared to be a bar but we didn’t go!). stumbled upon the WiFi password by chance in the key card holder.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Towels weren’t luxury 5 star but more than sufficient for our needs. Room was exceptionally quiet, great bathroom, and the street entrance area felt very safe. Great bar near the entrance and so MANY food options.

They gave us fresh towels every day even though there was a card asking us not to be wasteful. That was kind to us but not kind to the environment.

Everything was good: bg room, clean, classy, comfortable bed, even a nice view out the window. Would have been a five-star experience except that the bathroom sink was emanating a rich sewage stench that filled the entire room when we arrived. We turned on the AC and closed the bathroom door and it went away but using the bathroom/taking a shower was a how-long-can-you-hold-your-breath experience. Otherwise great. Worth it despite the smell.

The smell

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Reception is open 24 hours. Location is close to the Central Station with great connections to the airport, long distance trains and local U-Bahn and S-Bahn services and trams. It's only a 10min walk to the main shopping mall or the river. Free wifi was easy to connect to and fast. The room was modern, comfy and the bathroom even had bathtub. The bed was firm and super comfy. There are plenty of good breakfast options in the immediate area.

The room needed a bit of dusting, minor issue really. The area around the hotel, while perfectly safe, may come across a bit dodgy. If you arrive by car, the parking options are extremely limited for street parking or quite expensive for a nearby indoor carpark.

The price was very competitive for such a central location. We had a room on the sixth floor with great views of the nearby sky scrapers. Black out blinds on the Velux windows were very effective. Some outside noise from the busy Kaiserstrasse but nothing that would interrupt your sleep unless you are a very poor sleeper. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was very clean.

Gap between the beds for a twin room could have been bigger. Otherwise, nothing.

The young gentlemen behind the reception desk were super helpful allowing us to look at security footage when a luggage key was lost. They were also happy and genuinely ready to help.

There wasn't anything that we felt could have been improved. Maybe a door chock could be provided when you have connected family rooms, to prevent the banging or having to use the bin but really everything was great. They even remembered us when we returned to stay one night after almost 3 weeks travelling further afield.
