The view from my room was amazing on the 14th floor my excutive room was brilliant would recommend. The breakfast was nice. The bar was nice had a few cocktails. To get the city there is a tram that goes directly there about 15-20mins and i also went on a lovely boat ride cruise on the rhine river. Taxi ride from the airport is under 10mins cost about 13 euros. The spa/Gym on the 15th floor was amazing the view just wow.
The evening meals in the restaurant i feel can be abit more diverse in choice for food culture.

Only comment is that staff entered our room in the morning several times to clean w/o knocking the door which was a bit surprising

While resturants are just a short walk away, most convenience stores were quite far away in terms of walking distance.

been coming for many years and it’s never lost any of its quality standards. it’s such a simple but well thought design it works so well. in particular this visit the shower was fantastic, bed majorly comfortable and as usual bar was friendly and breakfast first class.

The room was quiet and well proportioned. Good coffee facilities and the restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Taxi's came almost immediately when asked for at reception. The have a magic button they press and taxi's arrive.

The is a modern hotel close to the airport but surrounded by greenery, the view of which you can enjoy from the wellness center on the top floor. The rooms are large, comfortable and nicely designed.
In my room the coffee machine was not working, but it was a minor point.

Amazing hotel! Definitely my favorite in Germany (and wider). Great breakfast, beautiful breakfast restaurant, cozy lobby, extra large rooms. All clean and neat. Close to airport and messe. Staying here from 2013 and it's only getting better.

The size of the family room was fantastic and made the stay with 2 X teenagers very pleasant! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. The restaurant food and staff were fantastic, the evening meal in particular was exceptional.
