Novotel Düsseldorf City West

This is my second time in this hotel, ı am here for business, the location is very good if you re here for the exhibition & fairs. The room & the bathroom are big enough and so clean, beds are co comfortable that you never want to get up. We did not have breakfast at the hotel this time, but I knew that it is also satisfactory.

Considering location and 4 stars a very affordable price. Unfortunately, since we've arrived late, we had no time to experience any of the hotel facilities other than our room. A very quiet neighborhood just around the corner with lots of options for a Saturday breakfast (bakeries, cafes etc.) - just google it.

Bathroom facilities seemed quite dated, but still functioned well. Hotel's parking and breakfast prices are quite steep. Otherwise, no major complaints.

Excellent staff. Chatty, smiley, helpful, and patient . All of them were pretty helpful, I would love to mention the names of all If I could and I hope others understand me , Mahdi was my favourite 🙂

I do not want to state any particulars but can be a bit more careful not to forget to change things need changing daily basis.

The location was great for the Messe. The hotel was friendly and well run, and the food and drink were always good. The rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Nothing apart from things that were down to the Covid restrictions... the lift took ages as only 2 were allowed and people on floors 2 and 3 were using the lift rather than the stairs. The sauna and gym were closed, but understandable.

Excellent location and close to tram, room very clean and quiet. Check in excellent and room available early. Receptionist took time to explain how to get about on tram which was really appreciated

There is quite a step up to get into the shower!!

The hotel is refined and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We have been here for the boat show exhibition. It is 15 minutes away from the Messe C. It can be arrived by taxi quickly. It's a comfort to reach drink water and coffee easily and freely.

The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food at the bistro bar was very good.

The only thing is that I would have been told in the check in that you don´t clean the rooms because of Covid. Not cleaning is ok but it would have been nice to know it before. It is quite complicated to take the metro to Messe and also down town.

Breakfast buffet, location, Covid-awareness and neatness of hotel were excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Cost of parking was not clearly stated after the booking. Underground garage not easy to park in and not ideal for bigger cars like 4x4s or minibusses. Please, keep your windows closed. We were disturbed by people talking outside as early as 2.am. We had to close the window to shut them out.

The staff at the reception are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Mr. Soner and his colleague have shown extreme support. Thank you so much!
