H+ Hotel Bremen

Location is absolutely perfect. Room is of a good size and clean. Breakfast had a wide choice and opens at 06.30 Helpful reception staff. The tram from the airport to the centre is a boon.

A bit expensive. Although it was the third week of September it was too hot for the quilt. Staff should provide a light bedsheet, so that one can choose whether to cover with the quilt or not. Although the Bathroom was perfect, with a wide shower cubicle, manufacturers should invent a low shelf where one can place one's foot to soap, rinse and dry the legs. This is general, not specific to the hotel. There is a coffee machine for pods, and they provide tea bags, but there was no small electric kettle for hot water.

Perfect location in city centre, close to tram station and comfortable to reach the airport. Clean and nice room, comfy bed & pillows, modern equipment. Receptionists very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice, fresh, tasty. I would recommend for a business trip.

I would personally appreciate to have more vegetables to choose. Also I asked about gluten-free bread and it took approx. 10min to get it (and no info was provided how long it will take and the eggs were getting cold while waiting) - it would be nice to have it ready or to have a sign that gluten-fee option is available :) (otherwise you had amazing choices of various "normal" breads!)

This is a very good hotel in a fantastic location. Smack in the historic centre of Bremen, still quiet enough at night (the parties on a rooftop some buildings across from my window were finished by 10:30-11pm, so no trouble for my night sleep). It was very convenient to dip in and out of the hotel during the day, as I was exploring Bremen. The breakfast offering was good, with a fine variety of products. The staff was very helpful, with good communication skills. The room had an ample and well equipped bathroom. The layout of my room was perhaps not ideal, in a sort of angle (at a corner in the building?) but I had no trouble with that as I figured out how to place my rather large suitcase and distribute my clothes.

Nothing to complain about, really. And Bremen is such a nice city to visit.

The location of the hotel is nice, it's just around the corner from the city centre. The room was spacious and the beds (1 regular, 1 sofa bed) were nice. The breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of bread, meat, cheese, cereals etc.

We arrived 15 minutes before check-in after a long drive with our two kids. The (friendly) receptionist said the room "was not ready yet". If it would've been me, I wouldn't have left a family waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. Although the room was nice and the beds fine, the pillows were terrible. I folded mine and still, it was too thin. I'd really recommend the hotel to change the pillows. The lobby is relatively small and there is nothing to do in the hotel.

Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful. I had some questions and always got them answered. Breakfast has plenty of variety to choose from and not like many other hotels didn't get so crowded and loud. Location is very central and you can walk to many different places. Aircon was working very well (it was close to 30 degrees in Bremen) and even though previous reviews mentioned its complex - it was easy to figure out. Didn't bother me that you can't open the windows as the aircon has eco mode which is not too much and keeps your room in good temperature. WiFI was working well and gave the option to work one day from the hotel. Many reviews mention lack of toiletries but the information in the TV in room clearly states you can ask is information. It's a good approach to stop pointless overconsumption. There was shower gel/shampoo. Also good shower.

The soundproofing is very poor. It really depends how quiet/loud people are staying room next to you. I was unfortunate to have very loud neighbors, but the hotel staff changed the room without any issue. You can hear everyone coming to their room or if someone talks in the hallway, luckily it was calm during the night. Pillows could be a bit more firm. The breakfast staff could be friendlier, they seemed unmotivated.

This hotel is very well situated right in the heart of Altstadt, very easy to get to and from the airport on the number 6 tram ,nice bar the spitzen gebel just outside and great places to eat all nearby (The Mexcal about 7 minutes walk and the markthalle acht a few minutes walk ) .The breakfast buffet was something to look forward to everyday, really great quality and so much to choose from and all kept very well stocked up by the hard working staff. The shower in our room was fantastic,a real power shower .The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I want to thank them for my birthday card! .I would certainly stay here again

The windows don't open in the rooms ,I like fresh air at night

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that it has an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was also fantastic, with delicious local bread and other treats to choose from. I really appreciated the attention to detail that was put into the hotel. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. Thanks to the staff for making my stay so wonderful!"

Everything! The hotel was literally around the corner from the old town, it’s buildings and the cathedral. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The room and en-suite were excellent and comfortable. You could adjust the temperature of your room which I like. I asked for a kettle for my room and one was provided. There was a coffee maker in the room but I didn’t use that. A fridge was also in the room. Breakfast was very varied and very nice. A really lovely modern, clean hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

You cannot get a better location in the centre of the city. We had a large double room with sofa bed which was spacious enough for 4 people. The bathroom has a large power shower, all very new. Breakfast was plentiful, not the best I've had in Germany but for a couple of nights stay it was good enough. Wifi is good throughout the hotel.

The room had a light and temperature control but it wasn't clear how it worked without instructions and to say it was temperamental is an understatement. Twice all the lights in the room went on in the middle of the night!

Amazing city centre location, very comfortable bed, nice view, good breakfast and polite stuff. Big room with a corridor. Nicely designed. Complimentary water and sweets.

Maids don’t clean properly. Sounds like they hate their job.. we came very late to the hotel, on one side of the bed, the carpet was very wet. Looked like somebody vomited on it. The couches were stained and sticky and so was bathroom door. One of the glasses and spoons were dirty and had hair on them. Fridge didn’t even work.
