It is worth the price. Friendly staff and quiet rooms. Plenty of space for parking (of course paid parking)

The internet in the room did not work well and sometimes I had to use the cellular internet on my phone. Breakfast did not have much variety. The toilet space was very small and sitting on the toilet was annoying

Modern and clean, had a nice pool area, bar and restaurant. I stayed with a dog and it is very dog friendly, they even left a dog bowl for me to use as well as dog treats which my dog appreciated (woof woof!). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.

The room size was good and also the everything was as expected. Breakfast was very nice, but the best part is the staff which is well trained.

Initially it was mentioned that parking is free (at least on booking.com), but it wasnt free... and a bit on higher side to be honest specially after you have paid good amount for the room.

Good location, friendly staff, secure parking, comfy room and beds, good enough breakfast although not great for the price. Overall a relaxing and comfortable stop over, we will return.

Would have liked 2 pillows and summer duvets (it was 30 degrees and the duvets are heavy ones suitable for winter only!!) and although the bathroom was newly refurbished the hook on the door in room 431 fell off with a massive bang. The juicer in the breakfast room is very noisy - but these are only minor niggles...

The room was spacious and it was very clean. It also had a couch and a desk, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely go back to this hotel when visiting Aachen. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, although I missed seeing some more fresh fruit.

More fruit for breakfast. there was just a fruit salad. The rest was perfect.

I loved the staff and how helpful they were. I forgot a few things and they provided me with everything. The breakfast was a bit expensive but other than that my stay there was amazing.

The prices for the breakfast could have been lower.

Good breakfast, comfortable rooms, ample parking, friendly staff, good location. Overall it is a good one, and found it affordable compared to other options available at last minute.

Bigger and better lift/elevator could be nice; current one is fine though. Otherwise, pretty good.

Hard to say... Maybe if our stay was longer we would have found some disadvantages. Considering our short stay everything was ideal ))

The two male staff members on reception were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour earlier than our check in time but they helpfully found out if our room was ready and let us check in early. Friendly, polite and helpful.

Free parking as a paying guest would be nice.

The Breakfast was really great. The location was also nice. Atleast it was near to the place where I want to work.

The swimming pool was closed😁😂. The dinner was little pricey.
