Excellent location, close to lake. Friendly, helpful host. Very clean, well equipped lovely lodge. Nice garden. Great to have kayak use. Easy to find. Ample parking.

We were fortunate to have very hot weather, but this meant the top floor bedroom was unbearably hot at night, very hard room to keep cooler. Couldn’t be helped due to weather but for others to be aware of as no AC & type of building means it gets v v hot.

Excellent very clean one bedroom unit in a quiet street just off the main road yet walkable to lake. We had a one bedroom unit for the 2 of us. We both liked the common front wide lawn shared by all the 7-8 units offering a view of distant mountains. Parking was private space within the property. Corinne in charge of the property is such a gem, really nice, responsive and very helpful. She tried to solve the problems we faced and was so apologetic.

The shower was upstairs and had a shower door but it was in the bathroom which had no door just a curtain of strings so privacy is an issue plus we stayed here in winter, so it was cold when you get in and out of the shower even with the toilet heater on. The water heater is programmed to automatically switch off during the day so you need to check the switch box to switch it on, else you could find yourself with freezing water in the middle of your shower. It is quite hot at night in the bedroom even when with the heater switched off. There’s no aircon in the unit so it would be uncomfortable in the summer Our unit’s wifi kept going off every few minutes.

Location is amazing. Literally across the road from the lake. Property was immaculately clean. Secure garage to store bikes. Free use of kayaks, washing machine & dryer

Pillows very uncomfortable as was the double bed. Area where clothes hangers & shelves are kept is very low. So easy to knock yourself on beams

It's great value for money. The facilities are simple and basic but are as advertised. For two people the space was just right and it was great having the garden area and place to sit outside. The place is well located for Lake access, the cycle lane, local shops and restaurants and its easy to get the free bus into annecy. It was useful having the fridge and coffee machine!

For two people the space was good size. For a family this could be a little tight.

Perfect location! 100m walk to the lake for a swim. 1km walk to bus stop into town which takes 15-20mins and is scenic. Free canoes at the accommodation. Very comfortable and clean. Private and quiet. Beautiful gardens. Lovely host.

Only a small portable fan, got quite hot sleeping upstairs in the loft.

New villa with great location near the lake. Quite area with fabulous surroundings and close to many activities. Anncy is a 10 minute drive away but the road sometimes is congested.

No AC in the ground floor

The stay is far from the city but you could get to the city by cycle, bus or walk. But it was next to the lake and it was just awesome. The facilities in the property was very well equipped and a 5 mins walk to 2 large grocery stores. The property was so spacious. The host even had a canoe to use in the lake and garage for us to park our cycles. The surrounding is so serene. If you are looking for a camp style stay with luxury, I really recommend you this place. The host was also so helpful to suggest places to eat and visit.

Need to spend a little to go to the main town.

Outstanding location and service on all levels. We were very surprised by the cleanliness and outgoing nature of the owner. She let us wash our clothes and was very attentive to details. We felt very happy here and wish we could have stayed longer except it was only free for one night. Book well in advance, this place is gold and only 80 meters from the lake. This was so much peaceful than the tourist crowds in the main center. We will stay again for sure.

Everything was a high standard so nothing.

Location - amazing! 2 mins walk to the incredible round-lake cycle path. About 50 steps to the lake itself - jetty and pebble beach for a dip!

Nothing not to like at all. Probably could do with a more comfy sofa and internet tv if you were staying more than a weekend.

Great location close to Lake and easy bus access to Annecy old town ( 15 mins). Lovely to have the shared garden, well appointed kitchen and use of a laundry

Actually there wasn’t anything that wasn’t good.
