Privilodges Le Royal - Apparthotel

The room had AC, which was very nice considering the temps were 30+ that week. It was clean and the bathroom was very nice. Great location to the sites.

The bed was somewhat hard, and there were no extra pillows, and after 6 pm we could not make any requests. Also, there is a policy to wash your own dishes, and that made me not want to use them since I have no idea if the previous people washed them properly. Kinda gross! One more thing, we were put on the 4th floor, and the elevator only reached the 3rd floor. I am not sure what the solution is to this, but it was a bit difficult to have to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs, and I would have been much happier to have had elevator access. Perhaps that was a refection of the room price (?) but a warning upon booking would have prevented me from making that choice.

The room is spacious and comfortable. They have a kitchen in the room I didn't use, but you will love it if you like to make your food. The shower is good as well. The location is just perfect; it's not within the old town but steps away, so you get to enjoy the best of it without being in the middle. Also, very close to the central station, making arrival and departure easy. Breakfast is simple but good enough to kick off the day.

Everything was really good. Nothing to complain.

The pictures on Booking.com don't do justice to the facilities. The room was bright and airy, big windows, very well renovated. The hotel itself is also very well renovated. The reception people were great and helpful.

Parking - This comment is slightly unfair as the street has limited space. They have only 10 parking spots for 52 rooms and there are car parks nearby. Yet the convenience of parking right at the door would have been appreciated. Breakfast - Could have had a bit more options.

Privilodges Royale Annecy is a lovely place to stay. The location is central to Annecy with access to the Old Town right from the front door. The continental breakfast is reasonable value and you can take it out onto the elevated terrace overlooking a pretty park. The mini-kitchen in the apartment is fine for simple cooked meals and saves you a lot of money on eating out.

This is not high-end luxury accommodation, but it’s clean and comfortable.

Small bathroom. Receptionist on arrival and departure (Svetlena) was friendly and helpful. However, another receptionist when asked if we could have another 2 coffee pods for the machine, replied that they are part of a welcome pack only, when asked if we could purchase additional, she said no, when asked where we could buy some she said she didn’t know.

Clean and fresh, quality bed linen, compact kitchen area, double electric hob, microwave/grill, fridge with small freezer compartment. Staff were friendly and helpful, location superb, definitely book a parking space, there were around 8 to 10 spaces in a private courtyard, otherwise tricky to find a space nearby. Breakfast good, lovely lady to help you there.

Nothing, all good, breakfast room was small but there’s a great terrace overlooking a small park to sit in in the summer.

Clean and fresh linen and towels. friendly staff, good parking for VW van. Excellent breakfast for 13 euros with everything you could think of in a continental breakfast out on a sun drenched terrace that never seemed busy or rushed. Air con was much appreciated during the heatwave. Internet provided .. log on each day.

Location next to old town of Annecy. Welcoming and friendly staff, clean and we were avle to ger one of the hotels parking lots (15 € - remember to reserve it in advance).

A little noise from the street during night. When calling the hotel the day befor to reserve a parking lot everything was occupied, but good that we got one at check-in (there was in fact severin empty parking lots that night?!)

The apartment was amazing, so we'll thought out, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Reception staff so helpful and friendly and a great location to boot.

Breakfast was quite costly for what you actually receive. Probably better to eat out? Also, signage wasn't very obvious. We had to walk around looking for it as it is mainly signed up as a bank on the street side

The apartment was located right next to the pedestrian area making it easy to explore Annecy. Our 1 bedroom apt. Was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Late arrivals are facilitated by an ATM like machine. There is a lovely shaded terrace overlooking a park for breakfast. Parking is available for a fee at the hotel with prior reservation.

Hotel WiFi was intermittent.
