Excellent location and pool for the children.

I wasn’t able to watch the television in the bar because a member of staff was brushing the floor. I wouldn’t of normally wanted to watch the television as the outside area round the pool is beautiful. However it was a particularly important football game that I wished to watch and I was told that I couldn’t. And I would have to watch it in my room, which I didn’t think was appropriate. I could’ve easily sat and watch the television while the member of staff pushed around the tables at the opposite end.

We are a family business so a business trip to the Christmas market at Sarlat seemed to be a great little break. We found it easy to find the hotel and parking very close by. The Staff were and are wonderful, pleasant and so very helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean, a good size and the reversible air conditioning worked perfectly even when it was minus 7 outside, we had 3 rooms next to each other.(perfect) The town itself is beautiful and I would like to go there perhaps in the summertime also. A really big thank you to the staff from myself and the family.

Once parked, we could do everything on foot in the centre of Sarlat. The family room was great -the mezzanine is a great idea. Lovely and quiet on ground floor looking out on the pool. The pool is a bonus for early risers and towels are supplied. We would definitely go again.

The bed on the mezzanine didn't have a headboard so reading in bed is not very comfortable. Or failing a headboard, a second pillow!

Great location a short walk from the centre of the old town. Also easy to walk to from the train station. Decent, comfortable room, which was quiet even though it looked out over the street. The only real noise was the pigeons! The swimming pool was a big plus. Not heated but refreshing and a very decent size with comfortable sun loungers. Very good value for money overall.

We felt lucky to get a large room on the third floor. It was quiet, light and comfortable. Lovely comfy bed. Loved the swimming pool area. Nice 3 minute walk into town and 3 minute walk to free parking. Exceptionally friendly young lady on reception. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money in September.

Walking distance to the city center, nice pool to swim in, very clean, classy French style hotel, nice breakfast area with a good breakfast.

No AC in my particular room which made it semi uncomfortable to sleep at night or to lounge in the room.

central location to town and train station. lovely family room with mezzanine sleeping, tv and fridge . pool in courtyard with towels and nice place to relax. very clean. friendly staff. kept our luggage after check out for a few hours.

lack of proper coffee in room. not enough pillows ( but didn’t ask for extra).

Nice big room and the pool was great for the children. Lovely breakfast and the receptionist couldn’t do enough for us. Location was good to.

We only stayed for 2 nights but could have stayed longer. Looking forward to staying there again.

A lovely hotel, very close to the old town, which was one of the most comfortable we've ever stayed in. Decor and presentation was flawless. We will certainly visit again.

Lack of parking, however there are many public car parks nearby
