Parking is available at the hotel. Check in was very easy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Extra pillows were provided when we asked for them. They will put items in the fridge and freezer on request. The restaurant is popular. There is a large Auchan just over the road with a nice shopping centre. Excellent location for access to the A10

Room is a little 'tired' and there was some damp showing in one corner of the room

We had a beautifully comfortable beds and the pillows were pretty comfortable too. The room and wet room were of a high standard...far better than you would expect for the price.

The restaurant food was poor, both dinner and breakfast. Our stay in the next hotel had a good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange and and lovely choice of meats and cheeses.... this is one area where things could be improved.

Good hotel next to the highway good facilities and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Perfect for our overnight stay and we had a good dinner with some local brews beers. Would recommend.

Asked for a parking space with a trailer and they responded it was possible and would get back to me but when the day came they didn't respond. Found a place to park tho so it was good in the end.

Such a wonderful surprise to find a comfy, clean place to stay where the dinner and breakfast were superb. The staff were really accommodating, the restaurant was very busy but they still made room for all 6 of us and the food was delicious. Just what we needed after a long day in the car. The hotel is also opposite a great supermarket so we stocked up on supplies and fuel for the onward journey which was a handy bonus. Will definitely be back. Ibis Poitier Sud is a gem!

Location, close to motorway. Good place to stopover when driving full length of France. Breakfast is excellent. Free car parking. Nice Italian restaurant over the road, heading towards Poitiers Will definitely stay again. In fact we stayed on both outward and return journeys.

Clean, comfy room. Friendly staff, & good Internet. First time we've had a breakfast here, & it was very good. Plenty of choice. For a stopover, it's a great location, with all amenities close by. Plenty of parking free spaces available.

The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. We had an excellent night sleep. The young lady in the restaurant who spoke very good English was lovely. After a very long days drive, she helped with the menu and looked after us really well, our thanks to her.

Could maybe have had drinks making facilities in room, but on the whole, everything was fine. We have stayed before.

Dog friendly hotel. Our two dogs were allowed in the restaurant with whilst we had our evening meal and they even brought our dogs a bowl of water

Good location just off the A10 toll. Fuel, shops and supermarket close by. Free parking at the hotel which has a nice restaurant. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate. Staff were Friendly and helpful. Ideal for an overnight stay.

We wanted an extra pillow but none were available.

Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities and good sized room

No Tea/coffee facility in room, bar prices were very excessive which showed as bar was empty and even a French guest refused the wine at the price.
