Hôtel du Parc

Comfortable large bedroom, clean and well equipped, with additional sitting area. Safe parking, a smart modern lobby and good checkin. Facilities look good but mine was just an overnight pit stop. I would definitely book again, especially when travelling with family or friends.

The restaurant closes at 9pm. I had reserved a table but was late - blame the M25 not Eurotunnel. The bar area offers 'bocaux' - dishes in pots - I ordered 3 courses (rillettes, fish and rice, and pudding) which were tasty but added up to the cost of the restaurant menu. But the staff did not seem to be used to such service and it was not seamless. So - make sure to be in time for the popular restaurant or eat elsewhere before arriving!

The hotel was very clean. Room and bathroom were extremely spacious. Shower excellent. Good breakfast. Location was fabulous, in a forest and very quiet. Plenty of parking.

The patio doors onto terrace were lovely but there was no other ventilation. I think it's a design fault not to have a smaller window to open as I didn't want to sleep in a room with an open patio door. The whole hotel could have been a little warmer too. Our very large room only had one small radiator. It wasn't enough.

breakfast was basic but acceptable. lovely, relaxing environment around hotel. The room was very spacious, and had everything you could need. Comfy bed and loved that toilet was separate to bathroom. Mid day check out was great too, meant we could leave leisurely

The restaurant was fine but very limited menu and restaurant ambience could have been more cosy.

Comfortable hotel room with a nice bathroom, separate toilet and good beds. The breakfast was very nice (though badly organised). You could also eat at the hotel's restaurant for a fair price.

The beach and town centre is still 2km away from the hotel. There is not much to do within walking distance from the hotel. They didn't really put much thought/effort in organising the breakfast buffet in a Corona proof way. When the fire alarm went off and people gathered in front of the hotel, there was no one of the staff present. They didn't bother to explain, apologize or anything. They just stayed inside and didn't respond. Very strange and unprofessional!

Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular but you have quite some variety in your breakfast's options. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and housekeeping kept is this way. Decent and spacious room. Downside was the brown blanket which smelled like sweat. All the employees were helpful and kind. Very good location.

The mattress needs to be replaced.

Fantastic hotel in a great location and with good facilities. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Staff were very nice throughout and the receptionist extremely helpful when having to order a takeaway!

Hotel restaurant was fully booked for an event so were forced toorder takeaway pizza. Very dissapointing to find this out on arrival with no warning.

All breakfast foods and drinks fresh and promptly replenished. Good range of choices.

Failed to prebook meals, and were offered bookings too late for 3 kids under 9. Somewhat disappointing but we had been severely delayed by Eurotunnel problems. Ordered pizzas from local firm and were allowed to consume in the bar. Big thanks to the management.

Really nice hotel with lots of facilities onsite. Very friendly staff big comfortable rooms and in a upmarket neighbourhood. Was offered a locked garage for motorcycle but felt it was a really safe location.

Wanted to book a table for evening meal but was told no tables available. Not ideal if your stopping at the hotel, just remember to prebook.

We have stayed at the Park many, many times and find it very comfortable. You might imagine you would look after regular clients particularly well but I feel you can't be bothered. Never mind - we love Hardelot!

Out Room was on the wrong side and for not face sun as requested.

Lovely hotel, and staff. Also a very nice heated swimming pool, which the children loved. Very relaxed setting, I would definitely visit again.

WiFi wasn't great at times.
