Mercure Nancy Centre Place Stanislas

Good location, own parking, vary polite staff. We have spent good time with my wife there.

to be honest, the hotel could do with a facelift in the rooms, everything else is fine

Easy to find, and we'd been given the instructions for the parking garage in advance, so went straight in. Hotel back entrance is directly opposite the garage. Room was very clean, had a fridge. Also had an extra door so could block corridor noise. Very comfy bed and pillows. Had a fast check out option, so easy to get away quick in the morning. Secure parking f or the motorbike. Our superior room with a courtyard view actually overlooked the entrance to the parking garage. Super close to the centre, walk out the door and a few steps and it's all happening!

Check in was a wee bit slow, think they were short staffed. Check in was supposed to be available from 2pm, but we arrived at 4pm and were told our room 'might not be ready'. We were given our key and luckily the cleaner had just finished so we got in OK. But we HAD been planning on arriving early, so I'm glad we didn't after all, or we'd not have got in. She didn't validate our parking so our ticket would not let us out, but we were on a motorbike so just went round the barrier

Comfortable and modern hotel located in the heart of Nancy. The room was spotlessly clean, had a modern and up-to-date decor, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel has secure indoor parking but with a height limit of 1.90m. For cars exceeding this (such as ours) there is a very limited parking area (2 spaces) in the courtyard which is behind a chain and under video surveillance. The location is absolutely superb and the heart of the city is literally on the doorstep. We really appreciated the later than average checkout time of midday which allowed us to have a few hours walking around the city in the morning before leaving. Would stay here again and would highly recommend.

very clean rooms and close to the main place

The room was really spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect, with access to a car park. The staff was helpful and nice. And I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The mattress was not the best, but it was fine for one night. And it was surprisingly hot in the room, I didn't quite understand if the aircon was not working or if the hotel had just switched it to heating when the weather is exceptionally warm for the season.

Interconnected rooms, privilege room nicely spacious, excellent and really big bed. Very cosy breakfast, "home-kitchen" style, with pots on a stove and plates in the cupboard, tasty and multiple options. (We had breakfast included, so no comment on the separate value for money). Stanislas square just behind the corner.

Bathroom organization a bit strange with toilet behind the door, makes the door open only to 90 degrees so always need to close the door to use the sink area comfortably.

The hotel is around the corner of the Place Stanislas and the park. You can really walk around the center of the city. A lot of old buildings and at the place there is the tourist office with info to guide you through the city. The hotel has a parking facility on there property and the price is right for a day parking.

The breakfast ends in the weekend at 10:30u. That's a little bit early in my opinion. You have the room till 12:00u.

Location was great. Walking distance to everything Beds were very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, cereal! They had it all in abundance !

No shampoo or conditioner supplied. A squeezy soap is supplied but not very glamorous . Bathroom was cramped but functional.

The perfect location for a short stay in Nancy, 100 m from the Stanislas square, easily reachable by car from the motorway with a public parking 5 metres from the hotel door. A good room for a reasonable price.

The room is a bit small, although sufficient for a night or two. The beds are for my taste too soft. The hotel would need some renovation, although it is more than O.K. for a short stay

Competent hotel very close to the centre and convenient for all sightseeing. Covered car parking on site. Breakfast was fantastic. All staff very friendly and efficient.

Room was a little on the small side for two people. No room service available on the nights we were there, although it was advertised in their information.
