Clean hotel, friendly staff, good parking space. For a 2 star hotel it exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast should be improved. It is a 2 star hotel but considering that you pay for breakfast separately it should be improved. I don't think people who will stay here expect breakfast to be cheap and of poor quality. This is the only thing I didn't like. From my point of view -1 for breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable and the parking lot was quite big and easy to park, we could leave the car all the day after the check out. The room was big and the bathroom was also very correct. The man in the reception desk was very kind. The location is very convenient, easy to reach by car and there is a tram station very close to the hotel that allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes. There are places to eat in the hotel and next to it.

As all Ibis hotels all the room is made by plastic and sometimes the smell is not so nice but the room was clean so, don't worry about that. The service is good but for being a budget one, the price could be cheaper.

This hotel is close to Garcia Lorca tram station, which at first might seem a bit out from the city, but in fact tram is a very convenient way to get to the center. I booked a triple room and shared it with my friend. The room size was okay for the two of us, maybe for three people it is a bit small. I really appreciated the working desk with sockets! The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful! Thank you :)

The little lamp for the upper bed (there is one big bed and above that there is an upper bed, you have to climb there on a ladder) was not working. And if you sleep on the upper bed, be prepared that you have to change your linen by yourself.

We loved the stuff 24/7 who could speak several languages including English! Also check in and check out was just matter of seconds. And finally the huge free parking with a gate and pin to unlock was much appreciated.

Only downside was: Mosquitos in the room ready for a meal. The door toilet design too much on the way to let you move happily

Room was a decent size and the bed comfortable. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The hotel had close access to Tram stop 4 Garcia Lorca which meant that travel into the town centre and Gare St Roch was easy. Breakfast was good with friendly dining room staff.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. It was strange that there were two different breakfast areas with one deemed by reception staff to be of higher quality. I am not sure whether guests using this dining room paid a higher tarif.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The Cleaners very efficient. The hotel was in a great location with really good transport links for what we needed to do. The restaurant where we ate twice, had a really great menu the food was well cooked and a good experience all round. The shower and bathroom were well equipped and worked well.

Nothing really, we booked a budget deal and that's what it was , but really good value for money and we never felt that we were on a budget holiday. Really enjoyed the stay.

Person on the reception was polite and kind the procedure for check in is immediate. Room very proper and nice, secure car parking offered as at this area its recomanded to pay attention where you left your car I know Montpellier, cause I study and leave there for 5-6 years and I visited many times, so I know the hotel and it is not near the center, but I went to take car from Montpellier. Super market and gas station near the hotel, fast way to go out from the town with the car or to take the highway A9 to Nice, Barcelona.

The water debit from the douch and may be if we stay more time mising place for sport at the hotel, but for low cost hotel its enough.

Easy to stop from the A9/A709 motorway, so convenient for one night stay on a roadtrip. The hotel is surprisingly modern and cozy for a budget hotel and even with a bit of a language barrior the staff is very friendly. The restaurant terrace is nice, the waitress was super kind and the food was good. Room is very basic but clean and had everything you need for quick stop over. Car park.

Reception area good for working during the day. Reception staff multilingual. Secure offstreet parking. Good petite déjeuner. Close to L4 Brown tram. Good takeaway at Le Cheese Naan nearby.

Reception staff not always cheerful. Noisy and inconsiderate neighbours on Halloween night. Toilet/shower plumbing smelly. No in room tea/coffee facilities.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfast with super cafe au lait! Super place to stay, even with our dog. Not far from city center. Great for parking, we had a van and there were no issues. Very comfortable at a reasonable price.

Little bit away from local restaurants.
