Hotel Bristol Metz Centre Gare

It is located nearly in front of the railway station. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Very good firm bed, I slept exceptionally well. It is a type of hotel which the old house was turned into hotel, not new modern all loolking-same chaine hotel. There is a bathrub. Wifi was working very well. They have a very good cancellation policy for a business person, it is one of the reason I always choose here

I didn't bother me but there was some damage in edge of bathtub or edge of wall, so it gives sometime a little shabby looks, but there is no practical problem so I don't really care.

Everything except for the fact that two twin beds were connected.

There should have been only 1 twin bed instead of 2 connected twin beds. I found this uncomfortable because when the beds started to separate and it felt uncomfortable falling between the 2 twin beds.

That is great and respect to helpful in the bathroom for fixing on tube shower . I am really appreciated that with you . I really love this hotel a lot because of beautiful view on the window and light green at train station 's roof . make me amazing and emotion . it was great location near train station so excellent location !!!!!! also reception helped me how to go road for restaurant or something for pleasure trip ! everything is best architecture and medieval and others make me fascinated in METZ ! BRAVO !

The Hotel is well located, just a few minutes walk from the station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi and a reasonable breakfast. Reasonable storage facilities.

A minor problem that was reported but not fixed during my stay.

Only stayed for two nights for sightseeing. This hotel is in a very convenient location just few minutes to the Metz train station. Expedited check in and very nice staff at night. I liked my room, it's an old building but very well kept. It definitely does the job, so I was very pleased. I didn't try the breakfast because I met friends in the morning. Thank you. Quite close to the train station. Photos were reliable. About 20 mins walk to the centre of the city. Simple utilitarian room, ideal for short stays.

The bathroom had a persistent smell. Very basic breakfast, not worth the money.

Very close to station but quiet. Friendly and helpful guy at desk. Good breakfast considering it’s a 2 star hotel. Breakfast available from 6 am.

Parking a little difficult with large vehicle

The room is spacious and comfortable and has a nice bathtub. The location is next to train station.

Nothing much to complain. The cleaners clean the rooms very well and the bedsheets are super clean and room is super tidy and clean.
